我国工业机器人产业发展探究

【摘要】:随着全球传统产业转型升级和新兴产业蓬勃发展,世界各国纷纷高度重视推动智能制造和优化新兴产业发展路径,工业机器人产业深度融合了新兴科技和新兴产业,有技术密集度高、人才密集度高、资本密集度高的特点,是衡量一个国家科技创新和高端制造业水平的重要标志之一,是国际科技发展的重要方向,也是我国未来产业发展的支柱产业之一。我国工业机器人产业经历了萌芽发展-技术探索-新兴产业再发展-国家战略层面发展的历程,实现了工业机器人产业质的飞越,因此,探究工业机器人产业发展的优化路径有利于推进我国生产力水平,有助于推动我国传统产业和新兴产业的加速发展。本文首先对产业发展理论进行总结梳理,借鉴美国、日本、德国、韩国的工业机器人产业发展经验,阐述国内外工业机器人产业发展的历程、特点和趋势,再分别从行业发展和企业发展两个角度对我国工业机器人产业进行实证分析,先从产业创新阶段、市场推动和配套产业发展三方面,选取科技专利、市场需求和汽车产业产量三个指标对1990-2015年数据进行实证分析,基于序列数据分析影响我国工业机器人产业发展的主要因素,以此找出我国工业机器人产业未来发展的侧重点和发展方向。再以103家上市企业2000-2015年面板数据探究研发投入、股权结构、企业规模与企业绩效水平的关系。通过分析得出结论:我国工业机器人的专利科技和工业机器人市场需求对我国工业机器人产业发展的影响是较为显著且长期的,配套产业中的汽车产业产量对工业机器人产业的总产值影响不大。且研发投入、股权结构、企业规模与企业净利润增长率存在显著关系,在固定效应模型下,研发投入、股权结构与企业存货周转率的相互关系也显著。论文最后提出我国工业机器人产业发展优化路径的可行性建议,持续推进我国工业机器人产业的迅速发展。
[Abstract]:With the transformation and upgrading of global traditional industries and the vigorous development of emerging industries, countries all over the world attach great importance to promoting intelligent manufacturing and optimizing the development path of emerging industries.Characterized by high technological intensity, high talent intensity and high capital intensity, it is one of the important indicators to measure the level of scientific and technological innovation and high-end manufacturing industry in a country, and an important direction of international scientific and technological development.It is also one of the pillar industries of our country's future industrial development.China's industrial robot industry has experienced the process of sprout development, technology exploration, new industry re-development and national strategic level development.Exploring the optimal path of industrial robot industry development is conducive to promoting the level of productive forces in China and accelerating the development of traditional and emerging industries in China.Firstly, this paper summarizes and combs the theory of industrial development, draws lessons from the experience of industrial robot industry development in the United States, Japan, Germany and South Korea, and expounds the development course, characteristics and trends of industrial robot industry at home and abroad.Then from the two angles of industry development and enterprise development, the paper analyzes the industrial robot industry in China. Firstly, it selects scientific and technological patents from three aspects: industrial innovation stage, market promotion and supporting industry development.The market demand and the output of automobile industry are analyzed empirically from 1990 to 2015, and the main factors that influence the development of China's industrial robot industry are analyzed based on the sequence data.In order to find out the future development of China's industrial robot industry focus and development direction.Based on the panel data of 103 listed enterprises from 2000 to 2015, the relationship between R & D investment, equity structure, enterprise size and enterprise performance level is explored.It is concluded that the patent technology of industrial robot and the market demand of industrial robot have a significant and long-term impact on the development of industrial robot industry in China.The output of automobile industry in supporting industry has little effect on the gross output value of industrial robot industry.There is a significant relationship between R & D investment, equity structure, enterprise size and net profit growth rate. Under the fixed effect model, the relationship between R & D investment, equity structure and enterprise inventory turnover is also significant.Finally, the paper puts forward the feasible suggestion of optimizing the development path of the industrial robot industry in China, and continuously promotes the rapid development of the industrial robot industry in China.
