电影产业文化软实力提升策略研究

【摘要】:随着全球文化贸易繁荣发展,世界各国都认识到文化软实力的重要性,因此文化产业在各国都在迅猛发展。我国近年来虽然经济发展成效显著,贸易顺差带来很大收益,但是出口的文化产品与经济发展速度远不相匹配,需要加强我国的文化软实力建设,提高中国文化对外影响力。2014年10月,习近平总书记在文艺工作座谈会上的讲话明确指出,文艺在迎合市场需求、挖掘商业价值的同时,还要积极承担起彰显时代风貌、引领社会风气的责任,这为中国电影创作指出了正确的方向。电影强大的载体功能使其成为文化传播力的象征,电影信息可以展示和共享各种文化资源,它拥有强大的动力推动对外文化交流,因此发展电影产业有助于提高国家的文化软实力。论文以电影产业文化软实力作为研究对象,首先对电影文化软实力的基本概念、相关理论进行了阐述;其次对美国、日本、韩国这些电影产业文化软实力较强国家的经验进行了借鉴分析,再次运用SWOT方法分析我国电影产业文化软实力提升所面临的机遇、挑战、优势和劣势,即面临国际电影产业竞争激烈、我国电影产业价值传递使命意识不强等挑战,虽然我国目前有电影产业的链条缺失、地位不高、贸易逆差大、人才缺乏等不足,但是依托本国丰富的文化资源和广阔的市场需求优势,在中国电影业的黄金发展期下借助当前优良的市场和投融资环境的机遇,树立责任意识,提高风险、危机意识,传播主流价值观,增强提升电影艺术和技术品质,实现中国电影的长尾价值,最后达到提升我国文化软实力这一目标。论文研究将文化软实力与电影产业相结合,借助比较他国与本国电影贸易现状和电影产业的国际竞争力来评价文化软实力,使其有据可依,进而在文化软实力的视角下对我国电影产业建设提出电影内容“议程设置”、国际电影贸易体系、电影产业与相关产业融合发展等策略建议。
[Abstract]:With the prosperity and development of global cultural trade, countries all over the world realize the importance of cultural soft power, so the cultural industry is developing rapidly in all countries.Although China's economic development has achieved remarkable results in recent years, and the trade surplus has brought great benefits, the export of cultural products is far from matching the speed of economic development, so it is necessary to strengthen the construction of cultural soft power in our country.In October 2014, General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the Symposium on Literary and Art work clearly pointed out that while literature and art cater to market demand and excavate commercial values, they should also actively undertake to highlight the style of the times.The responsibility of leading the social ethos points out the right direction for Chinese film creation.The powerful carrier function of the film makes it a symbol of the power of cultural communication. The film information can display and share all kinds of cultural resources, and it has a strong motive force to promote cultural exchanges with foreign countries.Therefore, the development of the film industry helps to improve the country's cultural soft power.The thesis takes the film industry cultural soft power as the research object, first of all, expounds the basic concept of the film culture soft power, related theories; secondly, to the United States, Japan,The experiences of these countries with strong soft power of film industry in South Korea are analyzed, and the opportunities, challenges, advantages and disadvantages of the promotion of soft power of film industry in China are analyzed by using SWOT method.That is, facing the fierce competition in the international film industry and the lack of a strong sense of mission in the value transmission of the film industry in our country, although our country currently has a lack of chains in the film industry, its status is not high, its trade deficit is large, and it lacks talents, and so on.However, relying on the rich cultural resources of our country and the advantages of broad market demand, we can set up a sense of responsibility, raise the awareness of risk and crisis under the golden development period of China's film industry by virtue of the opportunity of the current fine market and investment and financing environment.Spreading mainstream values, enhancing the quality of film art and technology, realizing the long tail value of Chinese film, and finally achieving the goal of enhancing the soft power of Chinese culture.This paper combines the soft power of culture with the film industry, and evaluates the soft power of culture by comparing the current situation of film trade between other countries and their countries and the international competitiveness of the film industry.Then, from the perspective of cultural soft power, the paper puts forward some strategic suggestions on the construction of Chinese film industry, such as "setting the agenda" of the film industry, the international film trade system, the fusion and development of the film industry and related industries, and so on.
