新疆文化产业对经济增长影响的研究

【摘要】：在经济新常态背景下,借力丝绸之路经济带的提出,我国文化产业发展风起云涌,人们对文化消费需求日渐高涨、文化产业直面新的转型升级机遇。文化资源与相关产业的融合成为经济发展的新增长点,使文化产业对经济增长起到了显著的杠杆作用。这样的新兴绿色产业成了发展经济增长的重要手段,并且迅速引起国内外的关注。新疆的面积和国境线都是我国之最,毗邻国家最多、民族种类最多的省份。51个民族在这里共同繁衍生息,团结互助地生活。各个民族之间的优秀传统文化得以传承和发展,形成了多民族多语言多风俗的地方特色文化。将新型的文化产业作为一种绿色产业,充分发挥其经济效应的同时有助于宣传新疆,让全国乃至全世界都能认识并了解新疆,将新疆丰厚的文化优势转为经济实力,从而达到民族团结,社会进步。本文选取新疆文化产业作为研究对象,基于以下几点原因:一是新疆文化资源丰富,既是古丝绸之路要冲又是新丝绸之路的核心地带。古代中国、伊斯兰、印度和希腊等四大文化交汇于此地,具有独特的文化资源。二是优越的地理位置,新疆位于欧亚大陆腹地,隐藏着很大的发展潜力。但是现阶段的开发却不尽人意。文章从新疆文化产业发展情况的研究及文化产业主要行业的发展现状,明确了新疆文化产业在经济增长中的助推作用。通过运用Eviews软件,对文化相关产业发展指标与经济增长指标进行ADF检验及协整检验得出结果并分析,分析结果表明新疆部分文化产业发展对经济增长具有长期关系,用因子分析法结果说明新疆文化产业的发展已经存在瓶颈与制约,对经济的贡献率较低。本文据此为其发展空间提出合理有效的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new normal state of economy, with the help of the Silk Road economic belt, the development of cultural industry in our country is surging, the demand for cultural consumption is rising day by day, and the cultural industry is facing the new opportunities of transformation and upgrading. The integration of cultural resources and related industries has become a new growth point of economic development, which makes cultural industry play a significant role in leveraging economic growth. Such a new green industry has become an important means of economic growth, and quickly attracted attention at home and abroad. The area and border of Xinjiang are the most of our country, the provinces with the largest number of neighboring countries and the largest number of ethnic groups. The excellent traditional culture among different nationalities has been inherited and developed, forming the local characteristic culture of multi-nationality, multi-language and multi-custom. Taking a new type of cultural industry as a green industry will help promote Xinjiang while giving full play to its economic effects, so that the whole country and the world can understand and understand Xinjiang, and turn Xinjiang's rich cultural advantages into economic strength. In order to achieve national unity, social progress. This paper selects Xinjiang cultural industry as the research object, based on the following reasons: firstly, Xinjiang is rich in cultural resources, which is not only the core of the ancient Silk Road but also the core of the New Silk Road. Ancient Chinese, Islamic, Indian and Greek cultures converged here with unique cultural resources. Secondly, Xinjiang is located in the hinterland of Eurasia and has great potential for development. But the current stage of development is unsatisfactory. Based on the research on the development of cultural industry in Xinjiang and the present situation of the development of the main industries of cultural industry, this paper clarifies the role of cultural industry in promoting economic growth in Xinjiang. By using Eviews software, the results of ADF test and cointegration test on the development index of cultural related industry and economic growth index are obtained and analyzed. The results show that the development of some cultural industries in Xinjiang has a long-term relationship with economic growth. The result of factor analysis shows that the development of cultural industry in Xinjiang has been restricted and the contribution rate to economy is low. Based on this, this paper puts forward reasonable and effective policy recommendations for its development space.
