[Abstract]:First, the definition and characteristics of halal industry (Halal industry) is a new type of industry with both cultural and national characteristics formed by taking part in market economy activities under the background of Islamic culture. The meaning of "halal" comes from culture, which embodies the doctrine and belief of Islam, and the meaning of "industry" comes from economy. In western economic circles, industry refers to the collection of enterprises that produce the same or similar products. The object and scope of operation of the same industry revolves around the same product.
