中国煤层气产业发展现状及趋势分析

【摘要】：随着经济社会的发展和环保意识的增强,我国以煤炭为主的传统能源结构难以适应时代的发展,清洁能源消费比重将会进一步加大,以煤层气为主的非常规天然气面临着十分重要的发展机遇。本文通过在分析大量行业数据、梳理国家相关政策演化、对比美国产业发展阶段的基础上,剖析我国煤层气产业发展现状,判断未来发展趋势,并总结行业面临的主要问题;本文发现我国煤层气是我国最具潜力的非常规天然气资源,具有十分巨大的开发前景,当前我国煤层气产业正处于快速发展的起点;本文最后指出了现阶段我国煤层气产业存在矿业权重叠、勘探开发技术有待提高、投资环境需改善等主要问题;提出了健全服务体系的建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society and the enhancement of environmental protection consciousness, the traditional energy structure based on coal in our country is difficult to adapt to the development of the times, and the proportion of clean energy consumption will be further increased. Unconventional natural gas, which is mainly coal bed methane (CBM), is facing a very important development opportunity. On the basis of analyzing a large number of industry data, combing the evolution of relevant national policies and comparing the stages of industrial development in the United States, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of China's coal-bed methane industry, judges the future development trend, and summarizes the main problems facing the industry. In this paper, it is found that CBM is the most potential unconventional natural gas resource in China, and has a great development prospect. At present, the CBM industry in China is at the starting point of rapid development. In the end, the paper points out the main problems such as the overlap of mining rights, the improvement of exploration and development technology and the improvement of investment environment in China's coalbed methane industry at the present stage, and puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the service system.
