【摘要】：近年来,随着国内经济结构的调整,农业结构也发生着巨大的变化,蔬菜种植面积也在逐步扩大,蔬菜产业在很多地方已发展成为农业的支柱产业,泽州县也是如此。尤其是作为资源大县,随着产业结构调整的深入,资源型产业的发展遭遇瓶颈,在这种情况下,蔬菜产业成为泽州县经济转型的突破口之一。就蔬菜产业水平来看,泽州县蔬菜产业还处于产业发展的初级阶段,泽州县在蔬菜质量、生产技术水平、蔬菜生产服务等方面还有很大的提升空间。因此,泽州县蔬菜产业发展研究对于推动泽州县蔬菜产业发展具有重要的作用和参考意义。本文主要针对泽州县的蔬菜产业发展现状,发展优势和劣势、发展机遇和挑战,发展的对策建议进行研究,本文的研究内容主要分为五个部分：第一部分,绪论；第二部分,蔬菜产业发展理论基础；第三部分,泽州县蔬菜产业发展现状,对泽州县蔬菜产业的基础条件、发展模式、区域布局、种植情况、品牌建设情况、产后加工情况、流通销售情况、蔬菜产业的经济效益、技术支持和其他方面进行调查；第四部分,对泽州县蔬菜产业发展进行了SWOT分析,首先分析了泽州县蔬菜产业发展的优势：即交通便利地理区位优越、经济发达资金投入充裕、政府重视政策扶持有力、地理优越自然条件良好等优势,其次分析了泽州县蔬菜产业存在的主要问题：即品种结构单一、品牌建设缓慢、基础设施薄弱、流通体系不够健全、经管水平有待提高等问题,再次分析了泽州县蔬菜产业发展的机遇：即煤炭产业转移可提供大量资金、农村土地闲置可促进规模发展、各项政策鼓励可吸引多方投资、经济结构调整可带来发展机会等机遇,最后分析了泽州县蔬菜产业发展面临的挑战：即蔬菜市场竞争加剧、菜品供需矛盾尖锐、食品安全问题突出、立地生态环境恶化等挑战；第五部分,泽州县蔬菜产业发展对策建议,提出了政府强力支持、科技引领发展、建设人才体系、提升蔬菜品质、加强品牌建设、健全非政府组织、大力推广“互联网+”新模式等对策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the adjustment of domestic economic structure, agricultural structure has also undergone tremendous changes, vegetable planting area is gradually expanding, vegetable industry has developed into a pillar industry in agriculture in many places, and so is Zezhou County. Especially as a large resource county, with the deepening of industrial structure adjustment, the development of resource-based industry encountered bottlenecks. In this case, vegetable industry has become one of the breakthrough points of economic transformation in Zezhou County. In terms of vegetable industry level, the vegetable industry in Zezhou County is still in the primary stage of industrial development, and there is still great room for improvement in vegetable quality, production technology level and vegetable production service in Zezhou County. Therefore, the study of vegetable industry development in Zezhou County plays an important role and reference significance in promoting vegetable industry development in Zezhou County. This article mainly aims at the vegetable industry development present situation, the development superiority and the inferiority, the development opportunity and the challenge, the development countermeasure suggestion carries on the research, this article research content mainly divides into five parts: the first part, the introduction; the second part, the second part, The third part, the present situation of vegetable industry development in Zezhou County, the basic conditions, development model, regional layout, planting situation, brand construction, postpartum processing of vegetable industry in Zezhou County, The circulation and sales situation, the economic benefit, technical support and other aspects of vegetable industry are investigated. Part four, the SWOT analysis of vegetable industry development in Zezhou County, Firstly, the paper analyzes the advantages of vegetable industry development in Zezhou County: the advantages of convenient transportation, favorable geographical location, abundant investment in economic development, strong government policy support, favorable geographical and natural conditions, and so on. Secondly, it analyzes the main problems of vegetable industry in Zezhou County: single variety structure, slow brand construction, weak infrastructure, imperfect circulation system, and the level of management needs to be improved. The opportunity of vegetable industry development in Zezhou County is analyzed again: coal industry transfer can provide a lot of funds, rural land idle can promote scale development, and various policies can attract multiple investment. The adjustment of economic structure can bring opportunities for development. Finally, the challenges faced by vegetable industry in Zezhou County are analyzed: the competition in vegetable market is intensified, the contradiction between supply and demand of vegetable products is sharp, the problem of food safety is prominent, the ecological environment of site is deteriorating and so on. The fifth part, the development countermeasures and suggestions of vegetable industry in Zezhou County, put forward the strong support of the government, the development of science and technology, the construction of talent system, the promotion of vegetable quality, the strengthening of brand building, and the improvement of non-governmental organizations. Vigorously promote the "Internet" new model and other countermeasures.
