【摘要】：一直以来,装备制造业不仅是推动国家经济发展的重要动力,也体现了一个国家的技术发展水平。随着我国城市化进程不断深化,城市人口持续增多,城市轨道交通的建设步伐也在不断加快,给我国城轨装备制造业带来了广阔的发展前景。而我国城轨装备制造业的总体发展水平与国际一流水平还存在较大差距,特别是装备制造技术水平方面。因此,我国城轨装备制造业未来要走一条什么样的发展路径,直接关系到我国城市综合交通体系的建设以及现代化工业的发展,进而影响我国经济、社会的进步。轨道交通装备业是国家在“十二五”规划中明确提出的重点发展方向之一,而城轨装备制造业又是轨道交通装备业中非常重要的一部分,一直受政府支持。因此掌握其现状、明晰其瓶颈、把握其路径,才能更好地促进我国城轨装备制造业的发展。本文通过大量相关文献、资料的整理,总结我国城轨装备制造业目前的发展状况,运用SWOT的分析方法,结合产业内部资源和外部环境,从产业内部能力的优势、劣势与外部环境的机会、威胁四个方面对我国城轨装备制造业进行具体、全面、条理化的分析。最后得到其发展的SWOT分析矩阵,从而更加直观的了解我国城轨装备制造产业,确定其未来发展大方向。然后运用产业链的相关理论,对我国城轨装备制造业进行分析。得到我国城市轨道交通装备制造业的产业链结构图,并对产业链的各个环节以及关键环节进行分析、总结。其次,从我国城轨装备制造业的技术、市场两个方向分析其发展路径。运用专利地图的方法,对我国城轨装备制造业技术的发展路径进行分析,从时间、区域的角度分析装备制造中的关键技术,获得其专利图,进一步分析我国城轨装备制造业的技术发展路径。再通过对我国城轨装备市场需求与市场现状的具体研究,得到其市场发展路径。最后,结合文中得到的技术发展路径与市场发展路径,得到我国城轨装备制造业的产业发展路径,并提出产业发展路径实施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:The equipment manufacturing industry is not only an important driving force to promote the national economic development, but also reflects the technological development level of a country. With the deepening of urbanization and the increasing of urban population, the construction of urban rail transit is speeding up, which brings a broad prospect for the equipment manufacturing of urban rail in our country. However, there is still a big gap between the overall development level of China's urban rail equipment manufacturing industry and the international first-class level, especially in the technical level of equipment manufacturing. Therefore, what kind of development path our urban rail equipment manufacturing industry will take in the future is directly related to the construction of our country's urban comprehensive transportation system and the development of modern industry, and then affects the economic and social progress of our country. The equipment industry of rail transit is one of the key development directions clearly put forward by our country in the 12th Five-Year Plan, and the equipment manufacturing industry of urban rail is a very important part of the equipment industry of rail transit, which has been supported by the government all the time. So we can better promote the development of our country's urban rail equipment manufacturing industry by mastering its present situation, clarifying its bottleneck and grasping its path. This paper summarizes the current development situation of China's urban rail equipment manufacturing industry through a large number of relevant documents and materials, applies SWOT analysis method, combines the industry internal resources and external environment, from the advantage of industry internal capability. The inferiority and the opportunity of the external environment, threaten four aspects to our country city rail equipment manufacturing industry to carry on the concrete, comprehensive, orderly analysis. Finally, the SWOT analysis matrix of its development is obtained, so as to understand more intuitively the equipment manufacturing industry of China's urban rail system and determine its future development direction. Then using the relevant theory of industry chain, the paper analyzes the equipment manufacturing industry of China's urban rail system. The industrial chain structure chart of China's urban rail transit equipment manufacturing industry is obtained, and the key links of the industrial chain are analyzed and summarized. Secondly, the development path of urban rail equipment manufacturing industry is analyzed from two directions: technology and market. By using the method of patent map, this paper analyzes the development path of equipment manufacturing technology in China's urban rail system, analyzes the key technologies in equipment manufacturing from the point of view of time and region, and obtains its patent map. Further analysis of China's urban rail equipment manufacturing technology development path. Through the specific research on the market demand and market status of China's urban rail equipment, the market development path is obtained. Finally, combining the technology development path and the market development path, we get the industrial development path of our country's urban rail equipment manufacturing industry, and put forward the safeguard measures to implement the industrial development path.
