基于技术溢出和制度创新的产业集群产出机理与效应研究

【摘要】:产业集群是目前区域经济发展的最具活力的空间组织,是经济发展的重要驱动力和创新中心。以往的研究主要集中在产业集群的内涵、特征和形成机理等几个方面,但产业集群作为众多相关企业的空间集聚体,产业集群的空间产出效应却明显研究不足。分析产业集群的系统演进,探讨网络结构促进集群空间规模经济的形成机理,重点从技术创新和制度创新的视角对产业集群的空间产出效应进行分析和研究。集群内部的行为主体的耦合关系形成学习型组织,是空间产出的主要驱动力。集群的技术创新主要是非线性创新,空间聚集导致的专业化分工使集群获得了额外的规模经济。技术溢出和制度创新可以强化集群的自组织演进,制度创新是集群经济增长的内生变量,可以加速集群技术扩散、知识溢出和交易费用的降低,增强产业集群的空间产出效应。
[Abstract]:Industrial cluster is the most dynamic spatial organization of regional economic development at present. It is an important driving force and innovation center of economic development. Previous studies mainly focused on the connotation, characteristics and formation mechanism of industrial clusters, but industrial clusters as a spatial agglomeration of many related enterprises, the spatial output effect of industrial clusters is obviously lack of research. This paper analyzes the system evolution of industrial clusters, probes into the formation mechanism of network structure to promote the spatial economies of scale of clusters, and focuses on the analysis and study of the spatial output effects of industrial clusters from the perspective of technological innovation and institutional innovation. The main driving force of spatial output is the coupling relationship between the actors in the cluster to form a learning organization. The technological innovation of cluster is mainly nonlinear innovation, and the specialized division of labor caused by spatial agglomeration makes the cluster obtain additional economies of scale. Technology spillover and institutional innovation can strengthen the self-organization evolution of clusters. Institutional innovation is the endogenous variable of cluster economic growth, which can accelerate the cluster technology diffusion, reduce knowledge spillover and transaction costs, and enhance the spatial output effect of industrial clusters.
