山东省苹果产业链纵向协作关系研究

【摘要】：苹果产业是中国的第三大工业仅次于粮食和蔬菜,可以改善农业结构,对农民和农村经济发展的作用具有重要作用。苹果作为一个产业链,产业链的各个方面之间的相互合作仍相对宽松,且大多数都是分散的小规模种植,不能满足由技术进步和竞争等所带来的压力和挑战。以山东省苹果产业为例,对山东省苹果产业链的纵向协作关系进行分析研究。采用了理论研究和实证研究相结合的方式,通过对山东省苹果种植的200个农户进行问卷调查,综合运用理论分析、描述性分析和Logit模型等各种方法进行分析。苹果产业链中所涉及的范围广,包括苗木的种植、产品的加工、产品的贮藏、运输和苹果销售等环节,理论研究发现山东苹果产业已经形成了较完整的产业链,各环节之间的联接方式主要有市场交易、生产合同、纵向一体化等密切纵向协作形式。销售环节纵向协作形式主要有:市场销售,销售合同,生产合同,合作社。从调查数据得出,苹果销售环节纵向协作形式还是以市场交易为主。农户对销售环节纵向协作模式的选择,主要根据各地区和自身的不同情况出发,目的是为了减少价格等不确定性带来的风险,以降低交易成本。通过Logit模型分析发现,户主受教育程度、企业或收购方有较好的资金来源、收购商售后支付资金时间、合理的收购价格、苹果的价格波动状况等因素影响。在上述理论研究和实证研究的基础上,我们提出了以下几点对策和建议:(1)加大技术创新力度,加强政府对苹果种植户合作经济组织建设的扶持引导;(2)促进企业和农户之间的密切协作,减少交易中面临的不确定性。
[Abstract]:The apple industry is the third largest industry in China after grain and vegetables, which can improve the agricultural structure and play an important role in the development of farmers and rural economy. Apple as an industrial chain, the cooperation between all aspects of the industrial chain is still relatively loose, and most of them are scattered small-scale planting, which can not meet the pressure and challenges brought by technological progress and competition. Taking apple industry in Shandong Province as an example, the vertical cooperation relationship of apple industry chain in Shandong Province is analyzed and studied. In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 200 apple farmers in Shandong Province by combining theoretical research with empirical research, and various methods, such as theoretical analysis, descriptive analysis and Logit model, were used to analyze them. The apple industry chain involves a wide range of links, including seedling planting, product processing, product storage, transportation and apple sales. Theoretical research shows that Shandong apple industry has formed a relatively complete industrial chain. The links between the links are mainly market transactions, production contracts, vertical integration and other close vertical forms of cooperation. The main forms of vertical cooperation in sales are: marketing, sales contracts, production contracts, cooperatives. From the survey data, Apple sales links vertical cooperation or to market transactions. Farmers' choice of vertical cooperation mode of sales links is mainly based on the different conditions of different regions and their own conditions in order to reduce the risks brought by uncertainty such as price in order to reduce transaction costs. Through the analysis of Logit model, it is found that the education level of the head of household, the good capital source of the enterprise or the acquirer, the time of after-sale payment of funds, the reasonable purchase price, the price fluctuation of Apple and so on. On the basis of the above theoretical research and empirical research, we put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: (1) increase the intensity of technological innovation. Strengthening the government's support for the construction of cooperative economic organizations for apple growers (2)) promoting close cooperation between enterprises and farmers, reducing uncertainty in transactions.
