昆明长水机场临空地区的产业发展与空间规划互动研究

【摘要】：临空经济区是一种以机场设施资源为基础,依托其强大的要素聚集能力来带动周边地区产业化发展的新城模式。本论文以昆明长水机场临空经济区的规划为研究对象,系统梳理了与临空地区产业发展和空间规划相关的理论,对新加坡樟宜、上海浦东等国内外典型临空经济区实践的做法进行了深入研究;在理论和案例研究基础上,分析长水临空经济区规划的经验及合理性,并进一步对临空地区产业发展与空间规划的互动关系做出归纳。在具体研究中,论文采取了对比实证的研究方法。首先,通过将理论与典型案例的经验进行对比,证明二者的借鉴价值;其次,结合长水临空经济区的规划实践,研究该实践在产业发展和空间规划两方面的做法,并对实践的合理性做出评价,评价方法是,通过对理论条件下产业、空间发展态势的模拟,进而与实践情况对比,分析理论与实践间存在的矛盾是否合理及规划是否针对矛盾做出了回应;再次,在实证研究基础上,探讨临空地区产业发展与空间规划的互动关系。最后,论文将总结长水临空经济区的规划经验,对其今后发展做出思考。基于实证研究成果,为其他地区的实践提出指导建议并尝试对现有理论模型做出深化。
[Abstract]:Air-front economic zone is a new city model based on airport facilities resources and relying on its strong ability of gathering elements to drive the industrialization development of surrounding areas. Taking the planning of Kunming Changshui Airport Airfront Economic Zone as the research object, this paper systematically combs the theories related to the industrial development and spatial planning of the airport area, which is Changyi to Singapore. On the basis of theoretical and case studies, this paper analyzes the experience and rationality of the planning of the long-water air-facing economic zone, including Shanghai Pudong and other typical air-front economic zones at home and abroad. Furthermore, the interactive relationship between industrial development and spatial planning is summarized. In the specific research, the paper adopts comparative empirical research methods. First of all, by comparing the theory with the experience of typical cases, the paper proves the value of reference of the two methods. Secondly, combining the planning practice of the long-water and air-facing economic zone, the paper studies the practice of this practice in both industrial development and spatial planning. And the rationality of practice is evaluated. The evaluation method is to simulate the industrial and spatial development situation under the theoretical conditions, and then compare with the practical situation. This paper analyzes whether the contradiction between theory and practice is reasonable and whether the plan responds to the contradiction. Thirdly, on the basis of empirical research, this paper discusses the interactive relationship between industrial development and spatial planning in the empty area. Finally, the paper will sum up the planning experience of Changshui Airport Economic Zone and think about its development in the future. Based on the results of empirical research, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the practice of other regions and tries to deepen the existing theoretical models.
