湖南省易地扶贫搬迁后续产业发展研究

【摘要】：通过阐述易地扶贫搬迁概念、易地扶贫搬迁后续产业发展内涵,分析湖南省易地扶贫搬迁后续产业发展存在政策、产业扶贫经验和民族特色资源等有利条件,以及自然条件、劳动力素质、土地资源、资金和产业基础等方面不利因素。结合湖南省石门、沅陵、桑植等国家级贫困县调研案例,总结湖南易地扶贫搬迁后续产业发展11种模式,并提出根据安置地情况选择合适产业、产业发展模式等促进后续产业发展的对策与建议。
[Abstract]:By expounding the concept of "change of land" and the connotation of the subsequent industry development, the paper analyzes the existing policies, the experience of poverty alleviation and the resources of national characteristics, as well as the natural conditions of the development of the subsequent industry of poverty alleviation and relocation in Hunan Province. Labor quality, land resources, capital and industrial base and other adverse factors. Based on the investigation cases of the poor counties at the national level, such as Shimen, Yuanling and Sangzhi in Hunan Province, this paper sums up 11 models for the subsequent industry development of poverty alleviation and relocation in Hunan Province, and proposes to select suitable industries according to the situation of the resettlement sites. Industrial development model and other countermeasures and suggestions to promote the subsequent industrial development.
