战略性新兴产业中大学跨学科研究组织协同创新模式研究——以纽约州立大学奥尔巴尼分校纳米科学与工程学院为例

【摘要】：发展战略性新兴产业既需要政府的扶持,又需要关键核心技术的突破。关键核心技术的突破在于大学知识创新与企业的技术创新的有效对接,进行协同创新。在纽约州立大学奥尔巴尼分校,纳米科学与工程学院作为大学跨学科研究组织,面向纽约州的战略性新兴产业纳米技术的发展,在组织管理体制和运行机制方面进行创新,与产业界开展协同创新,取得了卓越成效。分析纳米科学与工程学院协同创新模式,为我国大学跨学科研究组织协同创新提供经验借鉴。
[Abstract]:The development of strategic emerging industries not only needs the support of the government, but also the breakthrough of key core technology. The breakthrough of key core technology lies in the effective connection between university knowledge innovation and enterprise technological innovation and collaborative innovation. At the State University of New York at Albany, the Academy of Nanoscience and Engineering, as an interdisciplinary research organization of the University, innovates in organizational management systems and operational mechanisms for the development of nanotechnology, a strategic emerging industry in New York State. With the industry to carry out collaborative innovation, achieved excellent results. This paper analyzes the cooperative innovation mode of Nano-Science and Engineering College, and provides experience for the collaborative innovation of interdisciplinary research organizations in Chinese universities.
