战略性新兴产业社会责任对企业成长性影响的研究

【摘要】：随着我国市场经济制度的不断完善以及我国产业结构的优化升级,战略性新兴产业将成为我国未来产业发展的方向,而近年来我国传统产业频频曝出的“歪歪楼”、“地沟油”等社会责任问题,为战略性新兴产业未来发展可能会遇到的利益冲突敲响了警钟。如何引导其正确处理社会责任与企业成长的关系,关系到我国未来社会的可持续发展。基于此研究背景,本文对战略性新兴产业履行社会责任与企业的成长性之间的关系进行了实证研究。本文通过研读有关企业社会责任和企业成长性的相关文献,首先,提出了战略性新兴产业企业社会责任与企业的成长性之间的正相关假设。其次,本文将“润灵环球”的社会责任报告评级体系中的30个内容性指标重新划分层级,结合实际情况优化指标,重新构建适用于战略性新兴产业的社会责任评价指标体系。再者,本文选定34家企业作为样本,选取了可持续增长率、营业利润增长率、资产本保值增值率、总资产增长率、总资产周转增长率六个指标,并运用因子分析法确定六个指标权重,构成战略性新兴产业企业成长性评价体系,得出企业成长性指数。最后,运用描述性统计分析、相关性分析、多元回归结果分析等方法研究战略性新兴产业企业履行企业社会责任与企业的成长性之间存在的关系,进而得出履行社会责任、经济责任、法律责任、慈善责任与企业的成长性之间具有显著正相关性,履行伦理责任与企业的成长性之间具有不显著正相关性的结论。最后,本文总结并分析得到以上结论的原因,据此提出相关对策,进而实现促进战略性新兴产业积极履行社会责任、提升企业成长性的愿景。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of market economy system and the optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure, strategic emerging industries will become the direction of future industrial development in our country. In recent years, the traditional industries in our country have been frequently exposed as "crooked buildings". The problem of social responsibility, such as "gutter oil", has sounded the alarm for the conflicts of interest that the strategic emerging industries may encounter in the future. How to guide them to deal with the relationship between social responsibility and enterprise growth is related to the sustainable development of our country in the future. Based on this background, this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between the performance of social responsibility of strategic emerging industries and the growth of enterprises. By studying the relevant literature on corporate social responsibility and corporate growth, this paper first puts forward the positive correlation hypothesis between corporate social responsibility and enterprise growth in strategic emerging industries. Secondly, this paper reclassifies 30 content indexes in the social responsibility report rating system of Runling Global, and reconstructs the social responsibility evaluation index system suitable for strategic emerging industries. Furthermore, this paper selects 34 enterprises as a sample, and selects six indicators: sustainable growth rate, operating profit growth rate, asset capital value and appreciation rate, total asset growth rate, total asset turnover growth rate. Using factor analysis method to determine the weight of six indicators to form a strategic new industrial enterprise growth evaluation system, and get the growth index. Finally, using descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and other methods to study the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate growth of strategic emerging industrial enterprises, and then get the performance of social responsibility. There is a significant positive correlation between economic responsibility, legal liability, charitable responsibility and enterprise growth, while there is no significant positive correlation between ethical responsibility and enterprise growth. Finally, this paper summarizes and analyzes the reasons for the above conclusions, and then puts forward relevant countermeasures, and then realizes the vision of promoting the strategic emerging industries to fulfill their social responsibility actively and promote the growth of enterprises.
