岳阳鹤龙湖螃蟹产业SWOT分析及发展策略研究

【摘要】：我国是一个农业大国,“三农”问题已成为影响国家社会安稳以及经济平稳运行发展的关键因素,也是我国全面建设小康社会的短板。目前,水产行业在国内乃至国际市场都有较大的市场发展空间,通过加强水产行业的发展,扩大水产品在农民收入中的比重,既能增加农民收入,调整国民经济收入结构,又能帮助国家解决“三农”问题。本文以鹤龙湖螃蟹为研究对象,先采用SWOT分析方法,从优势、劣势、外部机会、外部威胁四个维度对岳阳鹤龙湖螃蟹产业进行了分析,然后将其与国内一些成功的螃蟹产业进行比较,并从中吸收其先进经验。最后根据分析的结果并结合岳阳鹤龙湖螃蟹自身的实际情况,为岳阳鹤龙湖螃蟹产业发展提出了操作性较强的发展策略：一是建议组建鹤龙湖螃蟹养殖协会；二是加大专业技术人才的引进；三是实行准入制度,实现螃蟹产业的统一管理；四是加强产业发展的科学规划,提升统筹协调功能；五是完善螃蟹产业养殖基础设施,加大招商引资力度；六是严抓质量管理,打造“鹤龙湖螃蟹”品牌；七是拓宽销售渠道,推动螃蟹产业链延伸。
[Abstract]:Our country is a big agricultural country, the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" has become the key factor that affects the social stability of the country and the stable operation and development of economy, and is also the short board of building a well-off society in an all-round way in our country. At present, the aquatic industry has a large market space in both the domestic and international markets. By strengthening the development of the fishery industry and expanding the proportion of aquatic products in farmers' income, it can not only increase farmers' income, but also adjust the structure of national economic income. Can also help the country to solve the "three rural" problems. In this paper, the crab industry of Heliong Lake in Yueyang City was analyzed from four dimensions: superiority, inferiority, external opportunity and external threat by using SWOT analysis method. Then compare it with some successful crabs industry in China, and absorb its advanced experience from it. Finally, according to the results of the analysis and combining with the actual situation of the crab in the Heliong Lake in Yueyang, this paper puts forward some operable development strategies for the development of the crab industry in the Heliong Lake of Yueyang: first, it suggests the establishment of the Crane Dragon Lake Crab Culture Association; The second is to increase the introduction of professional and technical personnel; the third is to implement the admission system to realize the unified management of the crab industry; fourth, to strengthen the scientific planning for industrial development and to enhance the overall coordination function; and fifth, to improve the crab industry breeding infrastructure. Increase the efforts to attract investment; sixth, strict quality management to create "Crane Dragon Lake Crab" brand; Seven is to broaden the sales channels to promote the extension of crab industry chain.
