中国数字电视产业技术演进与业态创新研究

【摘要】:自2003年启动广播电视数字化改造以来,经过10余年的发展,我国目前已经基本完成了广播电视从模拟向数字化的转换,全面进入数字电视时代。进入数字电视时代,媒体受众对电视内容的需求发生了根本性的变革,除了追求更具现场感的收视体验外,用户还希望能够随时并且有选择性地观看喜欢的电视节目。同时,伴随着智能手机、平板电脑等智能设备的广泛使用,消费者的数字内容消费习惯也发生了巨大的改变。这都使得消费者对电视产业提出了新的需求。在“三网融合”的大背景下,如何在技术快速变革的同时,把握用户的更加多样化和个性化的需求,从而推动我国数字电视产业业态的不断创新和持续发展,是有必要进行深入研究的一个课题。这就需要对我国数字电视产业的业态创新进行研究,分析其创新的内在动力,并探讨我国数字电视产业相应的发展策略。本文首先概述业态创新的概念以及业态创新的动力模型,并分析业态创新的一般过程,以及业态创新与技术演进之间的互动关系;其次,在回顾数字电视产业业态发展历程的基础上,本文重点考察我国IPTV和OTT电视两种数字电视产业新业态,并分析这两种数字电视产业新业态的创新动力,及我国数字电视产业业态的演进趋势;最后,本文基于业态创新的视角,从重视共性技术创新,专注需求发展,强化关联企业间合作,构建企业间次级生态系统和推进政府监管变革五个方面给出了我国数字电视产业的发展策略。本文研究将丰富技术演进和业态创新领域的相关理论文献,对于我国数字电视企业的发展以及监管部门制定相关的监管政策也具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Since the digital transformation of radio and television was started in 2003, after more than 10 years of development, China has basically completed the transformation from analog to digital radio and television, and has entered the era of digital television in an all-round way. In the era of digital television, the media audience's demand for TV content has undergone a fundamental change. In addition to the pursuit of more live viewing experience, users also hope to be able to watch favorite TV programs at any time and selectively. At the same time, with the wide use of smart devices, such as smartphones, tablets, consumer digital content consumption habits have changed dramatically. This makes consumers put forward new demand for the television industry. Under the background of "three networks integration", how to grasp the more diversified and individualized needs of users while the technology is rapidly changing, so as to promote the continuous innovation and sustainable development of the digital television industry in our country. It is a subject that needs to be studied in depth. Therefore, it is necessary to study the innovation of digital TV industry in China, analyze the internal motive force of its innovation, and probe into the corresponding development strategy of digital television industry in China. This paper first summarizes the concept of business innovation and the dynamic model of business innovation, and analyzes the general process of business innovation, as well as the interaction between format innovation and technological evolution. On the basis of reviewing the development course of digital TV industry, this paper focuses on the investigation of IPTV and OTT TV two new forms of digital television industry, and analyzes the innovative motive force of these two new forms of digital television industry. And the evolution trend of the digital television industry in China. Finally, based on the perspective of innovation, this paper focuses on the common technology innovation, focus on demand development, and strengthen the cooperation among affiliated enterprises. The development strategies of digital TV industry in China are given in five aspects: constructing the sub-ecosystem among enterprises and promoting the reform of government supervision. This study will enrich the relevant theoretical documents in the field of technological evolution and innovation, and also have some reference significance for the development of digital television enterprises in China and the regulatory authorities to formulate relevant regulatory policies.
