结构洞文化异质性对产业集群信息传播的影响研究

【摘要】:市场中同类企业相互合作,地域上逐渐集中在一起;处于供应链不同阶段的企业在纵向上产生沟通和交流,企业不断聚拢,因此,这两种类型的企业群共同形成了产业集群。目前,提升产业集群的内部凝聚力和外部竞争力成为学者研究产业集群的重要课题。本文认为,产业集群的竞争力提升离不开集群内企业间信息共享、交流合作。在大数据逐渐成为企业竞争优势的时代,信息成为一种产生效益的资源,有效的信息沟通和知识共享成为不同产业集群间及集群内部企业间提升竞争力的关键。产业集群的发展离不开供应链的相互作用。在产业的价值链形成和发展中,各个企业针对自身具备的不同的人才、信息、市场、要素禀赋等,从自身实际优势考虑,制定适合自身的战略优势,将自身定位于企业间整体合作网络中,并由此产生了众多的不同领域的供应链系统和产业集群网络。由于供应链在信息流等方面的完善和进步,集群内企业间的交流与合作更加频繁,反过来也促进了产业集群的繁荣。本文在产业集群已有文献的研究成果上,将集群内部细分为凝聚子群。这些凝聚子群由同类企业或不同供应链组成。不同的子群在合作交流中逐渐产生负责连接凝聚子群的结构洞。结构洞往往是子群中的节点企业或代表企业的个体。由于处于连接不同子群的“桥梁“地位,结构洞往往掌握着不同群中的信息,并通过控制或利用有价值的信息进行谋利活动。本文将从结构洞入手,研究结构洞在传播信息时受到哪些因素的影响,并讨论如何利用结构洞来促进凝聚子群信息共享和知识创新,以此推动供应链上下游企业的信息合作,最终增强我国产业集群的凝聚力和竞争力。以理论、模型、实证的顺序,全文共分为五个方面。第一部分为研究内容、创新点等,从全局上对研究问题进行描述;第二部分梳理了与研究内容有关的理论文献,为本文研究提供理论支持;第三部分采用博弈模型解释产业集群内信息传播的决策过程,并提出了传播决策受到不同因素的影响,在此基础上具体细分了信息传播的影响因素,构建概念模型,以文献为依据提出假设;第四部分为实证分析,分析假设验证情况,并对实证部分进行总结;第五部分提出对策建议,并讨论了未来的研究方向。
[Abstract]:In the market, the same kind of enterprises cooperate with each other, and gradually gather together geographically; the enterprises in the different stages of supply chain communicate and communicate vertically, and the enterprises gather together continuously. Therefore, these two types of enterprise clusters form industrial clusters together. At present, improving the internal cohesion and external competitiveness of industrial clusters has become an important topic for scholars to study industrial clusters. This paper argues that the competitiveness of industrial clusters can not be enhanced without information sharing and communication and cooperation among enterprises in clusters. In the era when big data has gradually become the competitive advantage of enterprises, information has become a beneficial resource, and effective information communication and knowledge sharing have become the key to enhance competitiveness among different industrial clusters and among enterprises within clusters. The development of industrial cluster can not be separated from the interaction of supply chain. In the formation and development of the industrial value chain, each enterprise, in view of its own different talents, information, market, factor endowment and so on, takes into account its own actual advantages, and formulates its own strategic advantages. Positioning itself in the overall cooperation network among enterprises, and resulting in many different areas of supply chain systems and industrial cluster networks. Due to the improvement and progress of supply chain in information flow, the communication and cooperation among enterprises in the cluster become more frequent, which in turn promotes the prosperity of industrial clusters. In this paper, industrial clusters are subdivided into condensed subgroups. These coacervation subgroups are composed of similar enterprises or different supply chains. Different subgroups gradually produce structural holes responsible for connecting condensed subgroups in cooperative communication. The structure hole is often a nodal enterprise in a subgroup or an individual representing a business. Because of being in the position of "bridge" connecting different subgroups, structural holes often hold information in different groups and make profit by controlling or utilizing valuable information. Starting with the structure hole, this paper will study the factors that affect the structure hole in spreading information, and discuss how to make use of the structure hole to promote the information sharing and knowledge innovation of the condensed subgroup, so as to promote the information cooperation of the upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain. Finally, enhance the cohesion and competitiveness of China's industrial clusters. In the order of theory, model and demonstration, the paper is divided into five aspects. The first part is the research content, the innovation point and so on, carries on the description to the research question from the overall situation, the second part combs the theory literature which relates to the research content, provides the theory support for this article research; The third part uses the game model to explain the decision-making process of information communication in industrial cluster, and puts forward that the communication decision is affected by different factors. On this basis, it subdivides the influence factors of information communication, and constructs the conceptual model. The fourth part is empirical analysis, analyzes the hypothesis verification, and summarizes the empirical part; the fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions, and discusses the future research direction.
