要素禀赋与中国制造业产业升级——基于WIOD和中国工业企业数据库的分析

【摘要】：本文从投入—产出的分析视角出发,结合WIOD数据库和中国工业企业数据库,分别从产业层面和企业层面考察了要素投入在制造业产业升级中的作用。研究发现,产业结构升级依赖于要素结构升级。相对于资本投入和研发投入,劳动力投入是考察期内我国制造业产业内升级的主要影响因素。因此,我国制造业要实现产业升级目标,需要提升要素禀赋,增加资本尤其是人力资本的积累。鉴于我国制造业企业参与全球价值链分工的程度不断加深,论文还考察了参与国际分工与制造业产业升级间的关系,发现融入全球价值链分工有利于"干中学"效应的发挥,进而推动了我国制造业的产业升级。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of input-output analysis, combined with WIOD database and Chinese industrial enterprise database, this paper examines the role of factor input in the upgrading of manufacturing industry from the industrial level and the enterprise level, respectively. It is found that the upgrading of industrial structure depends on the upgrading of factor structure. Compared with capital investment and R & D investment, labor input is the main influencing factor of industrial upgrading in China's manufacturing industry. Therefore, in order to realize the target of industrial upgrading, China's manufacturing industry needs to enhance factor endowment and increase the accumulation of capital, especially human capital. In view of the deepening degree of Chinese manufacturing enterprises participating in the division of global value chain, the paper also examines the relationship between the participation of international division of labor and the upgrading of manufacturing industry, and finds that integration into the division of global value chain is beneficial to the exertion of "dry middle school" effect. In turn, promote the industrial upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.
