战略性新兴产业企业治理金融支持动力源分析

【摘要】：运用2009Q1~2015Q1的季度数据,结合面板VAR模型,采用GMM方法对战略性新兴产业从企业治理角度展开了金融支持动力源分析,得到了以下两方面结论:一方面,直接金融支持与间接金融支持短期内对新兴产业上市公司企业治理带来的冲击难以界定,存在一定程度拉动作用;但是,从长期角度来看,这一冲击呈现出稳步递增现象。另一方面,间接金融对新兴产业企业成长带来的冲击高于直接金融,而直接金融支持冲击带来的影响在稳健增加。
[Abstract]:Based on the quarterly data of 2009Q1~2015Q1 and panel VAR model, this paper analyzes the power sources of financial support for strategic emerging industries from the angle of corporate governance by using GMM method. The conclusions are as follows: on the one hand, It is difficult to define the impact of direct financial support and indirect financial support on the corporate governance of emerging industry listed companies in the short term, but in the long run, the impact is increasing steadily. On the other hand, the impact of indirect finance on the growth of new industrial enterprises is higher than that of direct finance, while the impact of direct financial support is increasing steadily.
