安图县黑木耳产业发展对策研究

【摘要】：黑木耳产业是高附加值特色产业,具有成本低、周期短、营养价值高等等特点,享誉国内外。随着经济的发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,绿色健康的食品—黑木耳备受国内外的喜爱,市场的需求不断地扩大,黑木耳产业的市场前景非常的广阔。大力发展黑木耳产业的发展,可以有效的调整农村的产业结构,提升当地的经济水准,增加农民的收入,提高人民的生活水平,为扩展农民发家致富,实现小康社会奠定了基础。现在黑木耳产业的发展已经成为特色区域农村经济增长的支柱型产业,是农村创收的新亮点,其近年来的快速发展大大地提升了区域的经济实力。但是在现阶段的产业发展中存在着很多制约产业继续快速发展的问题,如:菌种的监管力度不强,市场竞争不规范,技术不标准,科技创新薄弱,缺乏资金技术的支持等等,本文通过实地走访调研及深入种植区了解,分析了黑木耳产业发展中存在的问题和产业的发展基础及前景,提出了有利于安图县黑木耳产业发展的对策建议,如:产业集群发展、技术推广与创新、调整产业结构等,为当安图县黑木耳产业的持续发展提供科学的依据。
[Abstract]:Auricularia auricula industry is a high value-added industry with low cost, short cycle, high nutritional value and so on. With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the green healthy food-Auricularia auricularia is popular at home and abroad, the market demand is expanding constantly, the market prospect of Auricularia auricularia industry is very broad. By vigorously developing the black fungus industry, we can effectively adjust the industrial structure of the rural areas, raise the local economic standard, increase the peasants' income, raise the people's living standards, and make their families rich for the expansion of farmers. The realization of a well-off society laid the foundation. Now the development of Auricularia auricularia industry has become the pillar industry of rural economic growth in characteristic region, and it is a new bright spot of rural income generation. The rapid development of Auricularia auricularia industry in recent years has greatly enhanced the regional economic strength. However, in the current industrial development, there are many problems that restrict the rapid development of the industry. For example, the supervision of bacteria species is not strong, the market competition is not standardized, the technology is not standard, the scientific and technological innovation is weak, the funds and technologies are lacking, and so on. In this paper, the problems existing in the development of Auricularia auricula industry and its development foundation and prospect are analyzed through field investigation and deep understanding in the planting area, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in favor of the development of Auricularia auricula industry in Antu County. For example, industrial cluster development, technology promotion and innovation, adjustment of industrial structure and so on, provide scientific basis for the sustainable development of Auricularia auricula industry in Antu County.
