温州文化产业园区的发展路径研究

【摘要】：文化产业园区作为文化产业发展的重要集聚区,对推动文化经济与城市转型具有重要作用。本研究将立足于经济转型与文化产业大发展的背景下,通过实地调研、案例分析、文献研究、比较研究等方法展开对温州文化产业园区发展路径的探究。本文研究结果显示,温州文化产业园区与文化产业同步发展,2012年之后园区数量呈现井喷态势,2015年文化产业园区孵化器属性凸显,园区功能属性发生转变,园区发展路径由企业集聚的量变阶段转向企业培育的质变阶段;当前,温州文化产业园区呈现出时空要素不平衡、区域分布不平衡、虚实搭配不平衡的空间特征,园区是企业物理空间的集聚,文化记忆整体性缺失。从规划变迁角度来看,温州文化产业园区建设将从单纯追求数量增长转向对文化品质的追求,文化产业园区的发展路径发生了内在转变;从实践发展角度来看,温州文化产业园区的发展与温州房地产开发紧密相连,经过二房东阶段、招商与简单物业阶段、理念与全方位服务阶段后,正朝着“文化+”的阶段迈进。通过上述研究,本文提炼出了当前温州文化产业园区发展的三种模式,即点状模式、链状模式和网状模式。从空间成长角度来看,当前温州文化产业园区整体上呈现点状与链状发展模式,并有向网状模式发展的趋势。同时发现,园区在发展过程中受到资源要素与主体要素的影响,各种因素通过主体间的动态博弈发挥力量,不同层面主体或从主导转向引导,或在主导与引导间来回转换;同级层面主体在竞争与共生中协同发展。当然,研究结果还显示,温州文化产业园区发展存在一些不足,比如,园区文化内涵不足、定位模糊、人才缺乏等,基于这些问题,本文通过比较研究法,在引入北京、上海、台湾地区部分优秀文化产业园区作为参照的基础上,还提出了提质增效、深耕区域特色、跨界融合发展、完善人才机制等对策建议。
[Abstract]:As an important gathering area for the development of cultural industry, cultural industrial park plays an important role in promoting cultural economy and urban transformation. This research will be based on the background of economic transformation and cultural industry development, through field research, case analysis, literature research, comparative research and other methods to explore the development path of Wenzhou cultural industry park. The results show that Wenzhou cultural industry park and cultural industry develop synchronously, after 2012, the number of the park presents a blowout situation, 2015 cultural industry park incubator attribute highlights, the park function attribute changes, The development path of the park has changed from the quantitative change stage of enterprise agglomeration to the qualitative change stage of enterprise cultivation. At present, Wenzhou cultural industrial park presents the spatial characteristics of space and time elements imbalance, regional distribution imbalance, unbalance of virtual and actual collocation, etc. The park is the agglomeration of the physical space of the enterprise, and the cultural memory is lacking as a whole. From the perspective of planning changes, the construction of Wenzhou cultural industrial park will change from the pursuit of quantity growth to the pursuit of cultural quality, and the development path of cultural industry park will change internally; from the perspective of practical development, the construction of Wenzhou cultural industrial park will change from the point of view of practical development. The development of Wenzhou Cultural Industrial Park is closely related to the development of Wenzhou real estate. After the stage of two landlords, the stage of attracting investment and simple property, the stage of concept and all-round service, the stage of "culture" is being stride forward. Through the above research, this paper abstracts three models of the development of Wenzhou cultural industrial park, that is, point model, chain model and network model. From the point of view of spatial growth, Wenzhou Cultural Industrial Park as a whole presents the development pattern of point and chain, and has the trend of developing towards the network model. At the same time, it is found that the park is affected by the resource elements and the main elements in the process of development, and all kinds of factors exert their power through the dynamic game between the main bodies, and the different levels of the subjects turn from the leading to the guiding, or to and from the leading and guiding; The subject at the same level develops in coordination between competition and symbiosis. Of course, the research results also show that there are some shortcomings in the development of Wenzhou Cultural Industrial Park, such as insufficient cultural connotation, vague positioning, lack of talents, etc. Based on these problems, this paper, through comparative research, introduced Beijing and Shanghai. Based on the reference of some excellent cultural industrial parks in Taiwan, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, such as improving quality and increasing efficiency, regional characteristics of deep ploughing, cross-border integration and development, perfection of talent mechanism, and so on.
