体育产业空间集聚发展的现状与对策研究——以山东省为例

【摘要】："空间集聚"是体育产业发展初级阶段的显著特征。以钻石理论为依据,从山东省实际情况出发,探讨当前体育产业空间集聚与区域发展问题。研究认为:休闲时代来临,政府因势利导,促成了体育产业空间集聚的新格局。其特征表现为:空间集聚与技术创新相辅相成;"政府"与"机会"是极其重要的影响因素;地域特色体育产业和"外围支援产业"有机结合。其困境在于:空间集聚区域分布不均衡;体育核心产业比重有待提升;政府需慎重对待自身角色。为实现体育产业的区域良性发展,建议:1)采用非均衡协调发展的宏观策略;2)以"制度+技术"作为保障;3)提升民众体育参与度,营造良好的产业环境。
[Abstract]:Spatial agglomeration is a remarkable feature in the primary stage of the development of sports industry. Based on the diamond theory and the actual situation of Shandong Province, this paper probes into the problems of spatial agglomeration and regional development of sports industry at present. The study holds that the leisure time comes and the government promotes a new pattern of space agglomeration of sports industry. Its characteristics are as follows: spatial agglomeration and technological innovation complement each other; "government" and "opportunity" are the most important influencing factors; the sports industry with regional characteristics and "peripheral support industry" are organically combined. Its predicament lies in: the regional distribution of spatial agglomeration is not balanced; the proportion of sports core industry needs to be improved; the government should treat its own role prudently. In order to realize the regional benign development of the sports industry, it is suggested that: 1) adopt the macroscopic strategy of unbalanced and coordinated development (2) take "system technology" as the guarantee 3) enhance the participation degree of mass sports and create a good industrial environment.
