农村产业融合、人力资本与农户收入差距

【摘要】：根据农村产业融合典型样态的考察和入户调查数据,使用分位数回归模型分析了农村产业融合、人力资本对柑橘种植农户收入差距的影响。研究发现:融合组的户均总收入和经营性收入明显高于非融合组,且样本农户收入既存在组内不同收入来源之间明显的收入差距,也存在融合分组之间的农户收入差距;农村产业融合变量对各分位点农户收入的影响均显著,且随着分位数提高缩小了处于低端和上端农户的收入差距;农业技能培训变量在10%和25%分位上对农户收入有显著的正向效应,且系数差均为负,表明参加农业技能培训会显著缩小农户收入差距;家庭经济人口规模的影响力不仅普遍,而且都很显著,这也证实了农户人力资本积累对缩小收入差距的重要性。
[Abstract]:Based on the typical patterns of rural industrial integration and household survey data, the effects of rural industrial convergence and human capital on the income gap of citrus farmers were analyzed by quantile regression model. The results show that the average household income and operating income of the fusion group are significantly higher than that of the non-integrated group, and the sample farmers' income is not only between the different income sources within the group, but also exists the income gap among the integration groups. The influence of rural industrial convergence variables on the income of farmers at each sub-locus was significant, and with the increase of quantiles, the income gap between the low-end and the upper-end farmers was narrowed. Agricultural skill training variables have significant positive effects on farmers' income in 10% and 25 quartiles, and the coefficient difference is negative, which indicates that participation in agricultural skills training can significantly narrow the income gap of farmers, and the influence of the size of household economic population is not only widespread. It also confirms the importance of human capital accumulation in narrowing the income gap.
