新常态下中国纺织产业对外直接投资的区位选择问题研究

【摘要】：随着海内外市场环境和生产要素成本条件的变化,中国纺织产业的发展步入了增速换挡、动力转换与结构调整的新常态阶段,纺织产业经济总量增长已经由高速向中速转变,生产组织方式、消费与投资需求、要素比较优势、资源环境的约束等方面也发生了改变。同时,劳动力和土地等资源成本攀升,技术升级换代加快,原材料价格大幅波动,我国传统的纺织产业遇到了空前的挑战,优势难以再续。因此,我国纺织产业开始走出国门进行对外直接投资,而随着中国纺织产业进行OFDI的大幅度增多,在区位选择上必然会呈现出多元化的特征。区位选择是经济学中对外投资研究的一部分,与产业优势的发挥有着直接的联系,并最终影响着产业对外直接投资的成败。基于此背景,对中国纺织产业对外直接投资区位选择问题展开研究有着非常重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文选择中国纺织产业作为研究对象,通过现状梳理、理论分析、实证分析及案例分析,研究了中国纺织产业进行对外直接投资时的区位选择问题。本文首先通过搜集国内外公开发表的研究资料和成果,对纺织产业OFDI区位选择的有关理论及研究情况进行了广泛的归纳及整理。其次,在研究中国纺织产业的对外直接投资时,运用了区位选择理论、企业异质性与对外直接投资理论等的最新研究成果。同时,选取2005-2015年中国纺织产业进行对外直接投资的1300余家企业的微观数据,运用计量方法对中国纺织产业OFDI区位选择的影响因素展开实证分析,得出三个结论:一是中国纺织企业的生产率越高,对外直接投资的国家数量就越多;二是东道国的GDP越小、生产成本越高、贸易成本越低,则东道国的生产率阈值就越大,从而所接受的OFDI的纺织企业数量越少;三是纺织企业生产率的提高、东道国GDP的提高、政治环境的改善、跟中国的文化距离及地理距离的缩减、贸易成本的提高以及企业进入成本的降低都会显著地促进中国纺织企业对该国的直接投资。其次,以天虹集团对越南进行投资为案例进一步研究了中国纺织产业对外直接投资的区位选择问题。最后,从投资动因角度,对中国纺织产业OFDI区位选择问题提出相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the changes of market environment and production factor cost conditions at home and abroad, the development of China's textile industry has stepped into a new normal stage of speed shift, power conversion and structural adjustment. The total economic growth of the textile industry has changed from high speed to medium speed. Production organization, consumption and investment demand, factors comparative advantage, resource and environment constraints have also changed. At the same time, the cost of resources such as labor force and land is rising, the upgrading of technology is accelerating, the price of raw material is fluctuating sharply, the traditional textile industry of our country has encountered unprecedented challenge, the superiority is difficult to continue. Therefore, China's textile industry began to go abroad for foreign direct investment, and with the rapid increase of OFDI in China's textile industry, the location selection will inevitably show the characteristics of diversification. Location selection is a part of the study of foreign investment in economics, which is directly related to the exertion of industrial advantages, and ultimately affects the success or failure of industrial foreign direct investment. Based on this background, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the location choice of China's textile industry. This paper chooses China's textile industry as the research object, through the current situation combing, theoretical analysis, empirical analysis and case analysis, the paper studies the location selection of China's textile industry when carrying out foreign direct investment. Firstly, this paper summarizes the theory and research situation of OFDI location selection in textile industry by collecting the published research data and results. Secondly, in the study of foreign direct investment (FDI) in China's textile industry, the latest research results such as location selection theory, enterprise heterogeneity and FDI theory are used. At the same time, the microcosmic data of more than 1300 enterprises that China's textile industry invested in foreign direct investment from 2005 to 2015 were selected, and the empirical analysis was carried out on the influencing factors of OFDI location selection in China's textile industry by using econometric methods. Three conclusions are drawn: first, the higher the productivity of Chinese textile enterprises, the more the number of foreign direct investment countries; the second, the smaller the GDP of the host country, the higher the production cost, the lower the trade cost, the greater the productivity threshold of the host country. As a result, the smaller the number of textile enterprises accepted by OFDI is; the third is the increase in the productivity of textile enterprises, the improvement of GDP in the host country, the improvement of the political environment, and the reduction of the cultural and geographical distance from China. The increase of trade cost and the decrease of enterprise entry cost will significantly promote the direct investment of Chinese textile enterprises in the country. Secondly, taking Tianhong Group's investment in Vietnam as an example, this paper further studies the location choice of China's textile industry's outward direct investment. Finally, from the angle of investment motivation, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the problem of OFDI location selection in China's textile industry.
