中国集成电路产业市场结构与绩效研究

【摘要】:随着信息化产业的发展及信息化产业在国民生活中地位的提升,集成电路产业在国防建设、国家信息安全等方面发挥着越来越重要的战略作用,已经成为衡量一个国家或地区整体实力的综合性指标。近年来,伴随着国内消费市场不断得到释放,中国集成电路产业规模不断扩大,但是在快速发展的同时中国集成电路产业的发展也面临着投资不足、结构不完善、国际竞争力不足等挑战,在这一背景下对中国集成电路产业市场结构和产业绩效水平的研究对于提升我国集成电路产业的国际竞争力,优化完善产业结构等具有重大的现实意义。本文在写作过程中以产业组织理论作为理论基础,以计量软件SPSS19.0以及Eviews5.0作为统计分析工具,利用实证分析的方法对中国集成电路产业市场结构与其产业绩效水平之间的关系进行验证,从产业组织理论的角度验证集成电路产业市场结构对于提高其产业绩效水平的影响。在对以往学者的分析研究方法总结的基础上,本文采用定量和定性相结合的分析方法进行分析。首先,根据市场集中度的测算指标和方法,计算集成电路产业的市场集中度及市场规模;结合集成电路的行业特征及发展路径,以产业组织理论为基础分析其行业壁垒特征及产品差异化特征。其次,运用因子分析方法从偿债能力、收益能力、运营能力以及成长能力等四个角度对中国集成电路的市场绩效水平进行量化分析。再次,对中国集成电路产业绩效水平与市场结构关系进行建模,并利用计量软件Eviews5.0作为分析工具对它们之间的关系进行实证分析。从实证分析结果可以看出,中国集成电路产业支持传统的市场力量假说,集成电路产业市场集中度的提高可以带动其产业绩效水平的提升。最后结合实证分析结果,得出本文的研究结论,以此为基础进而对我国集成电路产业的整体结构特征进行总结,并提出改善集成电路产业市场结构与提高市场绩效水平的产业组织政策和其他建议。本文的创新点在于利用国内最新的数据,对中国集成电路产业的市场结构现状进行分析;其次,采用因子分析方法和旋转因子载荷矩阵分析方法,建立模型对中国集成电路产业绩效水平进行评估;第三,验证了“市场力量假说”和“效率结构假说”在中国集成电路产业的应用性。
[Abstract]:With the development of the information industry and the promotion of the status of the information industry in the national life, the integrated circuit industry plays a more and more important strategic role in the national defense construction, the national information security and so on. It has become a comprehensive index to measure the overall strength of a country or region. In recent years, with the release of the domestic consumer market, the scale of China's integrated circuit industry has been expanding, but the rapid development of China's integrated circuit industry is also facing insufficient investment and imperfect structure. Under this background, the research on the market structure and industrial performance level of China's integrated circuit industry will improve the international competitiveness of China's integrated circuit industry. Optimizing and perfecting the industrial structure is of great practical significance. In the process of writing, this paper takes the theory of industrial organization as the theoretical basis and the econometric software SPSS19.0 and Eviews5.0 as the statistical analysis tools. The relationship between the market structure of China's integrated circuit industry and its industrial performance level is verified by the method of empirical analysis, and the influence of the market structure of integrated circuit industry on the improvement of its industrial performance level is verified from the perspective of industrial organization theory. On the basis of summing up the previous research methods, this paper adopts quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to analyze. First of all, according to the index and method of market concentration, we calculate the market concentration and market scale of integrated circuit industry, combined with the industry characteristics and development path of integrated circuit. Based on the theory of industrial organization, the characteristics of trade barriers and product differentiation are analyzed. Secondly, the market performance level of integrated circuit in China is analyzed quantitatively from four aspects: solvency, profitability, operation ability and growth ability by using factor analysis method. Thirdly, the relationship between performance level and market structure of Chinese IC industry is modeled, and the relationship between them is empirically analyzed by using the econometric software Eviews5.0 as an analysis tool. From the results of empirical analysis, it can be seen that the Chinese IC industry supports the traditional market power hypothesis, and the improvement of the market concentration of the integrated circuit industry can lead to the improvement of its industrial performance level. Finally, combined with the results of empirical analysis, this paper draws the conclusion of the research, and then summarizes the overall structural characteristics of the integrated circuit industry in China. The industrial organization policy and other suggestions to improve the market structure and market performance of integrated circuit industry are put forward. The innovation of this paper is to use the latest domestic data to analyze the current situation of the market structure of China's IC industry. Secondly, factor analysis method and rotational factor load matrix analysis method are used. The model is established to evaluate the performance level of China's integrated circuit industry. Thirdly, the application of the market power hypothesis and the efficiency structure hypothesis in China's integrated circuit industry is verified.
