[Abstract]:The State assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council convened a forum on cooperation and integration of central enterprises in industrial restructuring. China Aviation Industry, weapons equipment, China Nuclear Construction, National aircraft Group, Poly Group, China New China, China one heavy and other eight central enterprises decided to achieve joint cooperation in related areas. Among them, China Aviation Industry will work with the National aircraft Group to develop a 80,000 ton die forging press project, with Wanhang as the platform to integrate die forging industry, and aviation market as the traction. We will make Wanhang a leading supplier of high-end die forging parts in the world. CNAC also reached a restructuring agreement with Poly Group to reorganize the company.
