福建省产业间创新驱动效应研究

【摘要】:创新驱动是中国经济进入“新常态”后继续保持高速增长的动力。创新驱动经济增长过程中,经济整体的科技研发与创新能力都收敛于一个较高的水平,这一过程可以理解为中低技术产业通过学习和引进高技术产业的科学技术和创新成果,提升自身全要素生产率,优化自身产业结构,实现整体经济结构的优化和升级,最终实现整体经济“快而好”的增长。文章根据产业的技术属性,认为产业间创新驱动是指高技术产业通过强化“干中学”效应、RD及知识溢出在中低技术产业技术创新中的作用,进而驱动中低技术产业开展渐进式、增量式创新。不同于现有研究仅将知识溢出作为产业间创新驱动的影响因素,本文在对产业间创新驱动效应进行研究时,综合考察“干中学”效应、RD以及知识溢出对于产业间创新驱动效应的影响,并根据高技术产业驱动中低技术产业创新的作用模式,将产业间创新驱动效应归纳为:学习效应、促进效应及知识溢出效应。首先,文章在理论部分详细阐述了产业间创新驱动的内涵及特征,并根据高技术产业创新驱动中低技术产业的作用模式,对产业间创新驱动机理进行深入分析。其次,对福建省的高技术产业与中低技术产业进行划分,并根据划分结果,进一步分析福建省高技术产业与中低技术产业发展现状。最后,文章应用回归模型对理论假设进行检验。对于福建省的实证结果表明:“干中学”效应、RD和知识溢出均对福建省产业间创新驱动效应具有显著影响。其中,RD对于福建省产业间创新驱动效应影响最大,其次是“干中学”效应,而知识溢出对福建省产业间创新驱动效应的影响最小。在实证研究基础上,引入产业间创新驱动指数(HDLI),定量分析福建省及其临省的产业间创新驱动效应,该指数也用以反映高技术产业创新驱动中低技术产业以及整体经济的增长程度。本文测算得到的福建省高技术产业创新驱动中低技术产业经济增长指数为1.2684,这表明福建省高技术产业创新增长1%,将驱动整体经济增长1.2684%。最后,本文将福建省产业间创新驱动指数与广东、浙江和江西三省的数据进行对比,进一步分析福建省在产业间创新驱动中的缺点和不足,并为福建省增强产业间创新驱动效应提出了相关对策和建议。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the driving force for China's economy to continue to maintain high-speed growth after entering the "new normal". In the process of economic growth driven by innovation, the scientific and technological R & D and innovation ability of the economy as a whole converges to a higher level. This process can be understood as the scientific and technological achievements of the low and medium technology industries through learning and introducing high-tech industries. To improve their total factor productivity, optimize their industrial structure, realize the optimization and upgrading of the overall economic structure, and finally achieve the overall economy "fast and good" growth. According to the technology attribute of the industry, the paper holds that the innovation drive between industries is the role of high-tech industry in technological innovation through strengthening the effect of "dry middle school" and knowledge spillover, and then driving the development of low-to-middle technology industry. Incremental innovation. Different from the fact that knowledge spillover is only regarded as the influencing factor of inter-industry innovation, this paper studies the effect of inter-industry innovation drive. This paper comprehensively investigates the effects of "dry middle school" and knowledge spillover on the innovation driving effect between industries. According to the model of high-tech industries driving innovation in middle and low technology industries, the driving effect of innovation among industries is summed up as learning effect. Promotion effect and knowledge spillover effect. Firstly, in the theoretical part, the connotation and characteristics of the innovation drive between industries are expounded in detail, and the mechanism of the innovation drive among industries is deeply analyzed according to the mode of the innovation driving the low and middle technology industries in the high-tech industry. Secondly, the paper classifies the high-tech industry and the low-middle technology industry in Fujian Province, and further analyzes the present situation of the high-tech industry and the low-middle technology industry in Fujian Province according to the result of the division. Finally, the regression model is used to test the theoretical hypothesis. The empirical results of Fujian Province show that both Rd and knowledge spillover have a significant impact on the innovation driving effect among industries in Fujian Province. Among them, R D has the greatest influence on the innovation driving effect among industries in Fujian Province, followed by the "dry middle school" effect, while knowledge spillover has the least effect on the innovation driving effect among industries in Fujian Province. On the basis of empirical research, this paper introduces the Innovation-Driven Index (HDLI) to quantitatively analyze the inter-industry innovation driving effect in Fujian Province and its neighboring provinces. The index also reflects the extent to which innovation in high-tech industries drives low-and-medium-tech industries and the economy as a whole. The index of economic growth of low and middle technology industry driven by innovation of high-tech industry in Fujian Province is 1.2684, which indicates that the innovation growth of high-tech industry in Fujian Province is 1%, which will drive the overall economic growth of 1.2684. Finally, this paper compares the index of inter-industry innovation driving in Fujian with the data of Guangdong, Zhejiang and Jiangxi provinces, and further analyzes the shortcomings and shortcomings of Fujian Province in the inter-industry innovation drive. Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for Fujian Province to enhance the innovation-driven effect between industries.
