数据挖掘技术在省级高技术产业主要经济指标中的应用研究

【摘要】:我国电子政务工程的开展,使得政务信息化的程度不断提高,政府部门掌握了越来越多的关于各产业发展的信息数据。某省明确提出工业强省以实现后发赶超的战略口号,高技术产业的发展也被作为全省工业化的重点。“十三五”规划即将到来,全省的高技术产业今后的发展趋势将会怎样、高技术产业应该制定什么样的发展规划、怎样优化产业结构,成为政府部门最关心的问题。因此,政府部门不再满足手头所掌握的关于高技术产业发展经济指标的数据,期望在统计数据的基础上挖掘出未来的产业发展规律。数据挖掘技术的产生,为人们挖掘出隐藏在大量数据里的有趣规律,提供了许多有效的方法。本文针对全省高技术产业发展的现状及政府部门的需求,运用数据挖掘技术对全省高技术产业经济发展指标进行研究,本文主要做了以下研究工作:(1)基于政府部门对掌握全省高技术产业未来发展趋势的需求,结合数据挖掘技术提出经济预测系统,为政府部门制定产业规划、投资决策、优化产业结构提供科学依据。(2)运用数据立方体技术对某省高技术产业发展经济数据建模,通过OLAP技术对相关数据分析,总结出了近几年来影响某省高技术产业发展的主要产业。(3)建立了预测高技术产业总产值预测的组合预测模型,并运用某省高技术产业发展经济数据进行了预测仿真,分析了组合预测模型在实际应用中的意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of E-government project in our country, the degree of government informatization has been improved continuously, and more information data about the development of various industries have been grasped by government departments. A province explicitly put forward the strategic slogan of "strong industrial province to catch up with the late development", and the development of high-tech industry is also regarded as the key point of the industrialization of the whole province. With the coming of the 13th Five-Year Plan, what will be the development trend of the high-tech industry in the province in the future? what kind of development plan should be drawn up for the high-tech industry and how to optimize the industrial structure has become the most concerned problem of the government. Therefore, the government no longer meets the available data on the economic indicators of the development of high-tech industries, and expects to dig out the future laws of industrial development on the basis of the statistical data. The generation of data mining technology provides many effective methods for people to find out the interesting rules hidden in a large amount of data. In this paper, according to the current situation of the development of high-tech industry and the demand of government departments, this paper uses data mining technology to study the economic development index of the province's high-tech industry. The main research work of this paper is as follows: (1) based on the demand of government departments to grasp the future development trend of high-tech industries in the province, an economic forecasting system is put forward in combination with data mining technology to formulate industrial planning and investment decisions for government departments. Optimizing the industrial structure provides scientific basis. (2) using data cube technology to model the economic data of a province's high-tech industry development, through OLAP technology to analyze the relevant data, The main industries that affect the development of high-tech industry in a province in recent years are summarized. (3) A combined forecasting model for forecasting the total output value of high-tech industry is established, and the forecast simulation is carried out using the economic data of the development of a province's high-tech industry. The significance of combined prediction model in practical application is analyzed.
