京津冀地区产业聚集效应对能效的影响研究

【摘要】:近几年,我国面临着能源约束加剧、生产使用效率低下、经济社会价值效益差和环境污染严重等诸多难题,能源的发展形势错综复杂。提升能源效率作为有效降低能源消费、抑制环境恶化、解决一系列能源问题的重要途径,其测定及影响机制研究成为各级政府和相关学者关注的热点。产业聚集是城市化和工业化发展的重要特征,随着产业经济进程的推进,成为了影响能源生产水平的重要因素。但是产业聚集在能源效率的研究中一直没有受到足够的重视,只有将产业聚集考虑到能源效率的研究领域,才可以更好地找到提升全要素能源效率的根本办法,完成经济社会发展与节能环保的双重任务。本文首先在梳理国内外研究现状的基础上,对能源效率及产业聚集的基本理论和测算方法进行了分析阐述;进而,对京津冀三个地区经济发展、产业结构和就业人口三个方面进行了数理统计分析,深入剖析了各变量逐年变化情况及变化原因。在此基础上,利用全要素能源效率模型,定量测算北京市、天津市和河北省的能源效率,同时构建了基于空间和人口无偏的EG指数模型,计算得到了 1996年-2014年京津冀三地的分产业聚集指数,通过分析产业空间聚集指数的差异性,得到京津冀地区产业发展的差异性,其中,北京地区第三产业具有一定的产业聚集规模,天津地区第二和第三产业的聚集程度逐渐升高;而河北省地区第二、第三产业的空间聚集度明显不足,没有形成具有一定规模的聚集效应。然后,通过回归分析测算了产业聚集度与全要素能源效率之间的相关性,结果显示二者具有明显的正相关关系,又通过ADF检验、协整检验和格兰杰因果检验验证了二者之间的相关关系,并通过对三地能源效率和产业聚集度之间敏感性分析得出产业聚集度能源效率的影响程度呈现先高后低的规律。最后,结合论文的研究成果,对京津冀地区产业发展方面提出了几点建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, our country is faced with many difficult problems, such as the aggravation of energy constraints, the low efficiency of production and use, the poor economic and social value benefit and the serious environmental pollution, etc. The development situation of energy is complicated. Improving energy efficiency is an important way to reduce energy consumption restrain environmental deterioration and solve a series of energy problems. Industrial agglomeration is an important characteristic of urbanization and industrialization development. With the advancement of industrial economy, it has become an important factor affecting the level of energy production. However, industry agglomeration has not been paid enough attention to in the research of energy efficiency. Only by considering the research field of energy efficiency, can we better find the fundamental way to improve the energy efficiency of all factors. To complete the dual task of economic and social development and energy conservation and environmental protection. On the basis of combing the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the basic theories and calculation methods of energy efficiency and industrial agglomeration. Then, the economic development of the three regions of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is discussed. This paper analyzes the three aspects of industrial structure and employed population, and deeply analyzes the changing situation and reasons of each variable year by year. On this basis, the energy efficiency of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is measured quantitatively by using the all-factor energy efficiency model. At the same time, the EG index model based on spatial and population unbiased is constructed. The industrial agglomeration index of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 1996 to 2014 is calculated. By analyzing the difference of industrial spatial agglomeration index, the difference of industrial development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is obtained. The tertiary industry in Beijing has a certain industrial agglomeration scale, and the secondary and tertiary industries in Tianjin have gradually increased in degree of agglomeration, while the spatial aggregation degree of the second and tertiary industries in Hebei Province is obviously insufficient. There is no aggregation effect on a certain scale. Then, through regression analysis, the correlation between industrial agglomeration and total factor energy efficiency is calculated. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the two factors, and through the ADF test, The cointegration test and Granger causality test verify the correlation between the two, and through the sensitivity analysis between energy efficiency and industrial agglomeration in the three places, the influence degree of energy efficiency of industrial aggregation is first high and then low. Finally, based on the research results of the paper, some suggestions on the industrial development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei are put forward.
