基于社区营造的城市社区文化产业发展模式研究

【摘要】:各大城市都将文化产业作为城市发展与创新的重要突破点,而以文化街区、创意集市等形式出现的文化产业越来越多,作为一种新地标,文化产业将是城市未来发展的新潮流。社区是社会微观层面的代表,社区资源的多样化、社区空间的可塑性为文化产业提供了丰富的沃土。以社区为背景发展文化产业将会推动产业的快速更新,同时带动相关政治、经济、社会等进步,从而可实现城市的可持续发展。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献,梳理了社区文化、文化产业、社区营造中文化产业发展等研究成果及社区营造理论、文化产业发展理论及可持续发展理论,系统分析了社区文化产业的内涵和目前我国社区营造中文化产业发展的影响因素,在借鉴成功经验的基础上确定了社区文化产业发展的五个维度,即以人为先导、以文为载体、以地为支撑、以产为基础和以景为依托,构建了城市社区文化产业发展模式,即“人文地产景”五维发展模式。实证方面,采用调查问卷的方法收集了居民对天津市社区文化产业发展现状的满意度,通过信度和效度检验,证明了构建的发展模式的可靠与有效。最终提出了推动我国城市社区文化产业发展的政策建议,即实现社区文化产业主体多元化、树立独特的文化理念并创新文化开发形式、打造融入本地元素的产品以确立文化品牌特色、完善产业发展政策并积极引导投资动向。本文在理论层面上明晰了社区文化产业发展的五个基本维度:人、文、地、产和景,有助于促进社区营造中文化产业的深化与发展;在实践层面上构建了社区文化产业发展模式,有助于坚定社区文化产业的未来前进方向。
[Abstract]:Every big city regards cultural industry as the important breakthrough point of urban development and innovation, and more cultural industries appear in the form of cultural blocks and creative bazaars. As a new landmark, cultural industry will be a new trend for the future development of the city. Community is the representative of social micro level. The diversity of community resources and the plasticity of community space provide rich fertile soil for cultural industry. The development of cultural industry against the background of the community will promote the rapid renewal of the industry, and at the same time bring along the relative political, economic and social progress, so as to realize the sustainable development of the city. By consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper combs the research results of community culture, cultural industry, the development of cultural industry in community construction, the theory of cultural industry development and the theory of sustainable development. This paper systematically analyzes the connotation of the community cultural industry and the factors influencing the development of the cultural industry in the construction of the community in our country at present. On the basis of the successful experience, it determines the five dimensions of the development of the community cultural industry, that is, taking the person as the leader and the text as the carrier. Based on land, production and landscape, this paper constructs the development mode of cultural industry in urban community, that is, the five dimensional development mode of "humanistic real estate landscape". In the empirical aspect, the questionnaire is used to collect the residents' satisfaction with the present situation of the community culture industry development in Tianjin, and the reliability and validity test are used to prove the reliability and effectiveness of the proposed development model. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of urban community culture industry in China, that is, to realize the diversification of the main body of community culture industry, to set up unique cultural ideas and to innovate the form of cultural development. Create products incorporating local elements to establish cultural brand characteristics, improve industrial development policies and actively guide investment trends. This paper clarifies the five basic dimensions of the development of the community cultural industry on the theoretical level: people, literature, land, property and scenery, which helps to promote the deepening and development of the cultural industry in the community construction; On the practical level, it constructs the development mode of the community culture industry, which is helpful to the future direction of the community culture industry.
