中国与丝绸之路经济带沿线其他国家间产业转移机理研究

【摘要】：丝绸之路经济带的建设不仅关系到我国到经济结构转型,转变经济发展方式,产能过剩等迫切需要解决的问题,还能带动沿线国家经济发展。2013年,中国国家主席习近平初步提出构建丝绸之路经济带的战略构想,随后不久就引起了各国各界的广泛关注。2015年11月,中共中央于第十八届三中全会中提出《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》,其中指出:“建立开放性金融机构,加快同周边国家和区域基础设施建设互联互通建设,推进丝绸之路经济带、海上丝绸之路建设,形成全方位开放新格局。”显然已将丝绸之路经济带战略列为我国重点发展的战略之一,为此对于我国与丝绸之路经济带沿线其他国家间的产业转移机理的研究就显得尤为重要。本文首先介绍了研究背景以及研究意义,其次对产业转移的发展历程做出了梳理,归纳并总结了国内外对于产业转移理论的相关研究,并对产业转移机理、丝绸之路经济带产业转移的相关文献做了综述。再次,本文基于中间产品模型对两国间单一产业的转移机理进行了数理分析,在此基础上,通过扩展KFV框架分析中国与丝绸之路经济带多个沿线国家产业转移机理,研究得出以下结论:劳动密集度大、前后向联系紧密以及上游产业更容易发生产业转移,且这种产业转移是依次的而不是平滑的。第三,本文从国际和国内两方面入手,利用丝绸之路经济带沿线国家主要中资企业目录、中国与沿线重点国家2003至2015年间的FDI等数据分析了现阶段我国与丝绸之路经济带沿线其他国家产业转移的原因,在此基础上对产业转移的特点进行了探讨。第四,最后本文对提高中国与丝绸之路经济带沿线其他国家间产业转移效率提出了几点建议。
[Abstract]:The construction of the Silk Road economic belt is not only related to China's economic structural transformation, transformation of economic development mode, overcapacity and other urgent problems, but also can drive the economic development of the countries along the route. In 2013, Chinese President Xi Jinping has initially proposed a strategic vision for the Silk Road Economic Belt, which has attracted widespread attention from all over the world shortly thereafter. In November 2015, In the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the CPC Central Committee put forward the "decision of the CPC Central Committee on comprehensively deepening the Reform", which states: "establish open financial institutions," We will speed up the construction of infrastructure connectivity with neighboring countries and regions, promote the Silk Road economic belt and the construction of the Maritime Silk Road, and form a new pattern of all-round opening up. " Obviously, the Silk Road economic belt strategy has been listed as one of the key development strategies of our country. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the mechanism of industrial transfer between China and other countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research, secondly combs the development of industrial transfer, summarizes the relevant research on the theory of industrial transfer at home and abroad, and analyzes the mechanism of industrial transfer. The paper summarizes the related documents about the industrial transfer of Silk Road Economic Belt. Thirdly, based on the intermediate product model, this paper makes a mathematical analysis on the transfer mechanism of the single industry between the two countries. On this basis, through extending the KFV framework to analyze the industrial transfer mechanism between China and many countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt. The conclusions are as follows: the labor intensity is high, the backward and backward connection is close, and the upstream industry is more prone to industrial transfer, and the industrial transfer is in turn rather than smooth. Third, this article starts from the international and domestic aspects, using the list of major Chinese-funded enterprises in the countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt. The data of China and key countries along the Silk Road from 2003 to 2015 analyze the reasons of industrial transfer between China and other countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt, and on this basis, discuss the characteristics of industrial transfer. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the efficiency of industrial transfer between China and other countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt.
