湖北省文化产业投资效率及其影响因素研究

【摘要】：本文在回顾前人成果的基础上,对湖北省文化产业进行了系统性研究,重点分析湖北省文化产业投资效率及影响因素,找出影响湖北省文化产业投资效率的主要因素,以期为未来的投资决策提供建议。本文全面介绍了湖北省文化产业的发展现状,分别运用DEA模型和多元回归模型对湖北省文化产业的投资效率及其影响因素进行了分析。从数据分析结果看,湖北省文化产业投资的技术效率处于波动上升状态,且高于27省市平均水平,但始终未达到DEA有效。纯技术效率持续提高但总体水平较低,规模效率较高,接近有效值。回归分析结果表明,地区研发支出比、每万人拥有文化机构数、娱乐支出比及人均可支配收入等四个变量通过检验,是文化产业发展的主要影响因素。相对而言,科技人员、文化产业就业人员以及以城市化为代表的地区因素对湖北省文化产业发展的影响并不显著。要提高湖北省文化产业的投资效率,应调整政策,优化投资结构。继续增加科研投入,重视文化机构的市场改革和转型,不断提高人们的收入水平并引导文化消费;同时,应重视科研人才和产业人才的培养,实际积极的人才政策,发挥研究和专业人才的潜力;此外,应有的放矢地运用财政支出和社会资本,推进城市建设、提高城市化水平,为文化产业的发展营造良好的社会环境。
[Abstract]:On the basis of reviewing the previous achievements, this paper makes a systematic study on the cultural industry in Hubei Province, focusing on the analysis of the investment efficiency and influencing factors of the cultural industry in Hubei Province, and finds out the main factors that affect the investment efficiency of the cultural industry in Hubei Province. In order to provide advice for future investment decisions. This paper introduces the present situation of the cultural industry in Hubei Province, and analyzes the investment efficiency and its influencing factors by using DEA model and multiple regression model respectively. From the results of data analysis, the technical efficiency of cultural industry investment in Hubei Province is fluctuating and rising, and is higher than the average level of 27 provinces and cities, but it has never reached DEA efficiency. Pure technical efficiency continues to improve, but the overall level is low, scale efficiency is high, close to effective value. The results of regression analysis show that the regional R & D expenditure ratio, the number of cultural institutions per 10,000 people, the entertainment expenditure ratio and the per capita disposable income are the main influencing factors for the development of cultural industry. Comparatively speaking, the scientific and technological personnel, the employment personnel of cultural industry and the regional factors represented by urbanization have no significant influence on the development of cultural industry in Hubei Province. In order to improve the investment efficiency of Hubei cultural industry, we should adjust the policy and optimize the investment structure. We should continue to increase investment in scientific research, attach importance to the market reform and transformation of cultural institutions, continuously raise people's income levels and guide cultural consumption; at the same time, we should attach importance to the training of scientific and industrial talents and practical and active talent policies. In addition, we should make use of financial expenditure and social capital to promote urban construction, improve the level of urbanization, and create a good social environment for the development of cultural industry.
