创新驱动产业发展的案例研究

【摘要】：创新驱动发展战略首先要落实在产业发展领域。地方要充分认识本地的基础优势,遵循有所为必有所不为、开放创新的原则,以技术创新的市场价值实现为核心,以企业为主体,坚持官产学研协同、产学研用协作、军民融合发展。构建主导产业的技术创新支撑体系,推动科技创新链和产业链的融合发展,形成"锐意进取、价值实现"的创新土壤和文化氛围,激发企业创新动力和活力,吸引和留住创新人才,提高产业自主创新能力,突破技术瓶颈制约。以自主知识产权重塑产业核心竞争力,转变产业发展模式,实现传统产业的转型升级和新兴产业的快速发展,推动产业进入创新驱动发展新阶段。
[Abstract]:Innovation-driven development strategy must first be implemented in the field of industrial development.
