基于农业供给侧改革的农业产业链转型升级研究

【摘要】：农业产业链中普遍存在的农产品供求结构不平衡、生产要素配置不合理、资源环境压力大、农民收入增长乏力等突出问题。在这样的背景下,基于农业供给侧改革的农业产业链转型升级迫在眉睫。我们认为农业供给侧改革需要与工业供给侧改革融合进行,必须提高优质农产品的供给数量和种类以及农产品的安全性,不断降低农业领域相关成本;基于农业供给侧改革,我们认为要运用共享经济思维,认清农业产业链的带下划线的U型价值链结构,加强产业链各环节之间的衔接性,加入相关产业形成大农业产业链,加大在储存环节的研发力度,提倡规模消费等促进农业产业链转型升级的对策。这些对策的实施将有助于农业产业链转型升级工作的开展,也为农业企业的转型升级提供了一定的思路。
[Abstract]:There are many outstanding problems in agricultural industry chain, such as the imbalance of supply and demand structure of agricultural products, the unreasonable allocation of production factors, the great pressure of resources and environment, the weak growth of farmers' income, and so on. In this context, the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industrial chain based on agricultural supply-side reform is imminent. We believe that agricultural supply-side reform needs to be integrated with industrial supply-side reform, and we must improve the supply quantity and types of high-quality agricultural products and the safety of agricultural products, and continuously reduce the related costs in the agricultural field; on the basis of supply-side reform in agriculture, We think that we should use shared economic thinking, recognize the underlined U-type value chain structure of the agricultural industrial chain, strengthen the convergence between the various links of the industrial chain, and join the related industries to form a large agricultural industrial chain. Increase R & D in storage link, promote scale consumption and other countermeasures to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industrial chain. The implementation of these countermeasures will help to carry out the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural industrial chain, and also provide a certain way of thinking for the transformation and upgrading of agricultural enterprises.
