中部地区人才竞争力与高技术产业增长关系研究
[Abstract]:With the rise of knowledge economy, "developing high technology and promoting industrialization" has become the most resounding slogan of the times. The major changes in the mode of economic development in the world also require the power of economic development to change from high consumption of resources to scientific and technological progress. At this time, knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive high-tech industry emerged as the times require and rapid development. The development of science and technology depends on the progress of talents to a great extent. At present, both developing countries and developed countries attribute the slow development of high-tech industry to the shortage of human resources. After the country put forward the strategic slogan "the rise of Central China", all provinces in the central part of our country have taken the development of high-tech industries as a major focus in transforming the mode of economic growth. This paper studies the role of talent competitiveness in the development of high-tech industry in the central region, and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of high-tech industry based on talent competitiveness. It is of great practical significance to promote the early realization of the strategic goal of the rise of the central region. Based on this, this paper mainly adopts econometric analysis method to construct the empirical model of talent competitiveness on the growth of high-tech industry, and measures the development level of high-tech industry and talent in six provinces of central China from 2000 to 2013. This paper attempts to find out the degree of contribution of talent competitiveness to the output value of high-tech industry and its inherent law in order to make better use of human resources to promote the development of high-tech industry. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first part describes the background and significance of this paper, literature review at home and abroad, research ideas and methods. In this paper, the high-tech industry and talent competitiveness and other research terms are defined. This paper reviews the basic theories of talent competitiveness and high-tech industry and the contribution of human capital to economic growth, and expounds the influence mechanism of talent competitiveness on the development of high-tech industry. The second part: the development status quo of high-tech industry and talent competitiveness in six central provinces. The development status of high-tech industries and human resources in central provinces in recent years is illustrated by means of chart description, statistics and comparative analysis, and the development gap between the east and the west is compared. The main direction of this study is: the contribution of talent competitiveness to the growth of high-tech industry in central provinces. The third part: empirical research. First of all, on the basis of previous studies, select the talent competitiveness evaluation index system, based on the talent scale, talent input, talent output, talent environment four indicators selected nine representative specific indicators as explanatory variables. Based on the panel data of six provinces in the middle of China, this paper constructs an econometric model of the contribution of talent competitiveness to the growth of high-tech industry. The fourth part: summarize the conclusion of the research, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the empirical research results. This paper holds that the development strategy of high-tech industry based on talent competitiveness should be carried out from several aspects, including further deepening reform and innovation, promoting the benign development of regional industrial structure, vigorously developing education and increasing educational investment. Deepening the reform of higher education system, improving the level of talent output and the utilization efficiency of talent resources, giving full play to the role of talents, formulating rational policies to attract talents and preventing the brain drain, etc.
