产业集聚、空间效应与区域创新研究

【摘要】：区域创新是中国经济转型发展的关键。考虑到经济活动中影响区域创新的要素资源配置会受到空间因素的影响,为研究产业集聚对于区域创新的影响,我们把产业集聚因素引入到创新产出和投入的生产函数中,采用空间计量模型考察产业集聚、RD资本投入以及RD人员投入因素对创新产出的影响。我们首先通过Moran’s I指数验证区域之间存在空间自相关性,空间外溢效应使得邻近区域之间的创新发展能够相互影响。其次通过回归分析表明产业集聚对创新产出具有积极正向作用,产业集聚显著影响区域创新产出;制造型产业集聚和服务型产业集聚正向影响区域创新;我国东中西部地区的创新差距受产业集聚程度高低的影响。最后针对提升区域创新能力提出相关政策建议。
[Abstract]:Regional innovation is the key to China's economic transformation and development. Considering that the resource allocation of the factors that affect regional innovation in economic activities will be affected by spatial factors, in order to study the impact of industrial agglomeration on regional innovation, we introduce the industrial agglomeration factor into the production function of innovation output and input. The effects of industrial agglomeration, RD capital input and RD personnel input on innovation output were investigated by using spatial econometric model. First, we verify the spatial autocorrelation between regions by Moran's I index, and the spatial spillover effect enables the innovation and development of adjacent regions to interact with each other. Secondly, the regression analysis shows that industrial agglomeration has positive effect on innovation output, industrial agglomeration significantly affects regional innovation output, manufacturing industry agglomeration and service-oriented industrial agglomeration positively affect regional innovation. The innovation gap in the east, west and west regions of China is influenced by the degree of industrial agglomeration. Finally, some policy suggestions are put forward to promote regional innovation ability.
