安徽省山核桃产业发展现状及对策研究

【摘要】：山核桃是我国重要的经济林树种,因其营养价值高、用途广泛、口感好而备受消费者的欢迎,在世界栽培面积较为广泛。山核桃在全球分布范围主要在北美的东部地区及亚洲的东南部地区,其中在安徽省的产区主要在宁国、绩溪等县市。近年来,随着人们对健康食品的追捧,山核桃作为集健康、美容、药用等多种功效于一体的食品,发展势头强劲,其产业获得了较大的发展,为我国山区经济的发展做出了重大的贡献。本文主要采用文献查阅法和案例法来阐述安徽省山核桃的发展情况,论述了安徽省山核桃产业的现状,包括安徽省山核桃的分布、种植面积、产量、山核桃的品牌、加工、销售、科研投入等。研究结果表明,安徽省山核桃发展很快,种植面积逐年增加,林分结构逐渐合理,精深加工产品逐渐增多,产业链不断延伸,逐渐形成了特有的山核桃品牌;但也存在一些问题,比如栽培水平不高、品种退化现象明显、病虫害严重、食品质量安全有待加强、种植区的基础设施不完善、配套科研较为落后等。论文全面剖析了山核桃产业发展中存在的问题,并提出对策,如山核桃种植区进行生态修复及重建、建设标准化的山核桃林、促进山核桃的良种化、加大林区改造力度、对山核桃进行综合利用等,为安徽省山核桃产业的发展提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:Pecan is an important economic forest tree species in China. It is popular among consumers because of its high nutritional value, wide use and good taste. It is widely cultivated in the world. The global distribution of pecans is mainly in the eastern part of North America and the southeast of Asia, and the producing areas in Anhui Province are mainly in Ningguo, Jixi and other counties and cities. In recent years, with the popularity of healthy food, pecan as a collection of health, beauty, medicinal and other functions in one food, the momentum of development is strong, its industry has achieved great development. It has made great contribution to the development of mountain economy in our country. This paper mainly introduces the development of pecan in Anhui Province by literature review and case study, and discusses the present situation of pecan industry in Anhui Province, including the distribution, planting area, yield, brand and processing of pecan in Anhui Province. Sales, research investment, etc. The results showed that the pecan growing rapidly in Anhui Province, the planting area increased year by year, the stand structure was gradually reasonable, the products of deep processing increased gradually, the industrial chain was extended, and the unique pecan brand was gradually formed. However, there are still some problems, such as low cultivation level, obvious degradation of varieties, serious diseases and pests, food quality and safety to be strengthened, imperfect infrastructure in planting areas, and relatively backward supporting scientific research and so on. The paper comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the development of pecan industry, and puts forward some countermeasures, such as ecological restoration and reconstruction of pecan planting area, construction of standardized pecan forest, promotion of improved variety of pecan, and enhancement of forest area transformation. The comprehensive utilization of pecan provides a reference for the development of pecan industry in Anhui province.
