现代节能环保产业构成及培育研究

【摘要】：我国GDP仅占世界的10%,煤炭和钢材消耗量却占世界总消耗量的50%,节能产业因此成为我国21世纪最重要的国家战略产业。针对我国传统型节能环保产业产业结构不完整、产业发育不良、支撑产业的技术不强等问题,从产业内涵、产业结构体系和产业技术体系3个方面,分别对高效节能产业、先进环保产业、资源循环利用产业进行了分析。以甘肃省金昌市为例,分析其如何从单一资源开发型转向资源开发型、资源节约型、资源综合利用型、资源替代利用型,实现多产业共生发展。现代节能环保产业的培育方面,主要是构建和完善现代节能环保产业结构,以及培育现代节能环保产业,促进传统型节能环保产业转向现代节能环保产业。
[Abstract]:China's GDP accounts for only 10% of the world, while coal and steel consumption accounts for 50% of the world's total consumption. Therefore, energy saving industry has become the most important national strategic industry in the 21st century. In view of the problems of incomplete industrial structure of traditional energy saving and environmental protection industry, poor development of industry, and weak technology of supporting industry, this paper analyzes the three aspects of industrial connotation, industrial structure system and industrial technology system, respectively. Advanced environmental protection industry, resources recycling industry was analyzed. Taking Jinchang City of Gansu Province as an example, this paper analyzes how to change from single resource development type to resource development type, resource saving type, resource comprehensive utilization type and resource substitute utilization type, so as to realize multi-industry symbiotic development. The cultivation of modern energy-saving and environmental protection industry is mainly to construct and perfect the industrial structure of modern energy saving and environmental protection and to foster modern energy saving and environmental protection industry to promote the traditional energy saving and environmental protection industry to modern energy conservation and environmental protection industry.
