永城面粉产业发展问题研究

【摘要】：河南省是一个粮食生产、加工的大省,面粉加工作为粮食加工产业的一部分,其发展关系到国计民生和农业现代化发展进程。永城市作为河南省重要的面粉加工基地,面粉产业初创于二十世纪八十年代,八十年代中期进入大发展时期,永城市自2005年被中国食品工业协会授予“中国面粉城”称号以来,大力发展以面粉业为核心的“白色经济”。永城面粉产业是河南省粮食加工产业的一个缩影,研究永城面粉产业可以提高河南省粮食加工产业的竞争力,促进农业产业化的发展。本文主要通过对永城面粉产业的发展环境、永城面粉产业的发展现状、永城面粉产业发展中存在的问题这三部分对永城面粉产业作出细致的分析研究,找出了永城面粉产业发展中存在的主要问题及原因,并为永城面粉产业的健康发展提出了几点建议。通过对永城面粉产业的发展环境以及永城面粉产业发展的现状,如产前原料供应、产中面粉加工能力及规模、产后面粉产品销售状况等方面的研究发现,永城面粉产业发展中存在着优质原料供给不足、面粉加工环节薄弱、面粉产后销售不力等问题。并在分析总结大名县面粉产业及五得利面粉集团的成功经验之后,针对永城面粉产业出现的问题提出了相应的解决对策:提升原料供给能力;着力培育面粉加工产业集群,打造面粉产业园,提升面粉产业集群的竞争力;提高面粉产品的销售能力,加大营销投资力度,改变传统营销方式;加强政府服务力度,促进企业资源整合,强化提升产业服务水平,确保各项政策落到实处,不断优化公共服务平台。
[Abstract]:Henan Province is a big province of grain production and processing. Flour processing is a part of grain processing industry, and its development relates to the development of national economy and people's livelihood and agricultural modernization. As an important base of flour processing in Henan Province, Yongcheng flour industry was established in the 1980s and entered a period of great development in the mid-1980s. Yongcheng has been awarded the title of "China flour City" by the China Food Industry Association since 2005. Vigorously develop the flour industry as the core of the "white economy." Yongcheng flour industry is a microcosm of Henan's grain processing industry. The study of Yongcheng flour industry can improve the competitiveness of Henan's grain processing industry and promote the development of agricultural industrialization. This article mainly through the Yongcheng flour industry development environment, Yongcheng flour industry development status, Yongcheng flour industry problems in the development of these three parts of the Yongcheng flour industry to make a detailed analysis. The main problems and reasons in the development of Yongcheng flour industry were found out, and some suggestions were put forward for the healthy development of Yongcheng flour industry. Through the research of Yongcheng flour industry development environment and the status quo of Yongcheng flour industry development, such as prenatal raw materials supply, flour processing capacity and scale, postpartum flour products sales, etc. There are some problems in the development of Yongcheng flour industry, such as insufficient supply of high quality raw materials, weak links of flour processing and poor postnatal sales of flour. After analyzing and summing up the successful experience of flour industry and Wudley flour group in Daming County, the paper puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems in Yongcheng flour industry: improving the supply capacity of raw materials; To cultivate flour processing industry cluster, build flour industry park, improve the competitiveness of flour industry cluster, improve the sales ability of flour products, increase marketing investment, change the traditional marketing mode; Strengthen the government service, promote the integration of enterprise resources, enhance the level of industrial service, ensure the implementation of various policies, and constantly optimize the public service platform.
