丰县山药产业发展状况与对策

【摘要】：根据江苏省徐州市丰县山药产业的调研情况,着重从种植技术与模式、种植效益成本、产业模式等3个方面阐述丰县山药生产概况;在此基础上,从山药特色品种、种薯供应、栽培技术、现代农业新技术、生产条件和装备水平、产业体系等方面,分析丰县山药产业发展目前存在的问题和未来发展趋势;围绕生产和产业问题分析丰县山药产业发展的急切技术需求;从山药产业的政策扶持、山药的技术研发、农田基础设施水平提升、山药龙头化企业培植等4个方面提出推动丰县山药产业发展的政策建议,为丰县山药产业可持续发展提供支持。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of yam industry in Fengxian County of Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, the general situation of yam production in Fengxian County was expounded from three aspects: planting technology and mode, planting benefit and cost, and industrial model. On this basis, the problems existing in the development of Yam industry in Fengxian County and the future development trend are analyzed from the aspects of characteristic varieties of Chinese yam, seed potato supply, cultivation technology, modern agricultural new technology, production conditions and equipment level, industrial system and so on. The urgent technical demand for the development of Chinese yam industry in Fengxian is analyzed around the problems of production and industry. From four aspects: the policy support of yam industry, the research and development of yam technology, the improvement of farmland infrastructure, the cultivation of leading Chinese yam enterprises, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of yam industry in Fengxian. To provide support for the sustainable development of Yam industry in Fengxian County.
