中国海洋工程装备制造业产业集聚时空变化分析

【摘要】:目前我国海洋工程装备制造业有较好的现状以及良好的发展前景,同时国家及地方出台的一系列关于海洋工程装备制造业的相关规划和纲要文件。但是与欧美国家相比,仍然存在很大差距。因此,意味着我国发展海洋工程装备制造业、认清当前海洋工程装备制造业的集聚情况、内部行业间的集聚状况势在必行,并且从而也将明确海洋工程装备制造业在转型升级上的发展方向,使海洋产业结构得到优化,将海洋工程装备制造业培育成战略性新兴产业,增加海洋工程装备制造业在国民经济中的地位有重大意义。文章立足于我国海洋工程装备制造业产业发展情况。首先,根据现阶段其公司总部、研究机构和产业生产基地的分布总结其各自的分布特征;其次,依据"集聚"理论,利用全国海洋工程装备制造业公司的空间地理位置和资产总值对2006-2014年海洋工程装备制造业进行时空集聚分析;然后,将海洋工程装备制造业各个产业依据四大产业的情况分析其时空集聚状况;最后对我国海洋工程装备制造业产业集聚状况进行总结并提出相关建议。具体如下:(1)使用行业集中度和核密度法分析我国海洋工程装备制造业从2006-2014年的时空集聚程度。研究表明:海洋工程装备制造业的集中度近几年有减缓趋势但仍然较高;空间集聚的热点区域主要是江苏省、上海市、天津市、广东省、辽宁省、山东省、重庆市和湖北省等省区。(2)借助弧弹性分析各个产业的资产总额的变动对海洋工程装备制造业集聚弹性变动的敏感程度。结果表明:装备制造业和油田服务产业对海洋工程装备制造业集聚影响最大,其次装备设计和设备运输公司相对较弱。(3)利用空间集聚指数和核密度法将海洋工程装备制造业四大产业进行时空集聚分析。结果表明:四大产业中各个产业在时间上空间集聚状况不同,装备设计产业的空间集聚程度较小且在逐渐减弱,装备制造产业的空间离散程度最大,油田服务产业的集聚程度最大,设备运输产业的空间集聚程度较大并呈减弱趋势;从空间布局来看,四大产业核密度高值区域主要在东部沿海区域,其他省份或地区有零星分布或者没有产业分布。(4)最后根据分析我国海洋工程装备制造业的时空集聚布局状况得到几点结论,根据所得到的结论提出在今后发展中的几点建设性意见。
[Abstract]:At present, China's marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry has a good current situation and good prospects for development, at the same time, the national and local issued a series of related plans and outline documents on the marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry. But compared with the European and American countries, there is still a big gap. Therefore, it means that the development of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry in China, a clear understanding of the current situation of the marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry, the situation of concentration among the internal industries is imperative. It will also clarify the development direction of the marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry in the transformation and upgrading, optimize the marine industrial structure, and cultivate the marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry into a strategic emerging industry. It is of great significance to increase the status of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry in the national economy. This paper is based on the development of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry in China. First of all, according to the current company headquarters, research institutions and industrial production base distribution summarized their respective distribution characteristics; Secondly, according to the theory of "agglomeration", the space-time agglomeration analysis of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry from 2006 to 2014 is carried out by using the spatial geographical position and total asset value of the national marine engineering equipment manufacturing company. Then, each industry of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry is analyzed according to the situation of four major industries. Finally, the paper summarizes the situation of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry agglomeration in China and puts forward some relevant suggestions. The main contents are as follows: (1) using the method of industry concentration and nuclear density to analyze the spatial and temporal concentration of China's marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry from 2006 to 2014. The research shows that the concentration of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry has slowed down in recent years, but it is still relatively high; The hot spots of spatial agglomeration are mainly Jiangsu Province, Shanghai City, Tianjin City, Guangdong Province, Liaoning Province, Shandong Province, Chongqing and Hubei provinces. (2) by means of arc elasticity, the sensitivity of the total assets of each industry to the agglomeration elasticity of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry is analyzed. The results show that the equipment manufacturing industry and the oil field service industry have the greatest influence on the agglomeration of the offshore engineering equipment manufacturing industry. Secondly, the equipment design and equipment transportation companies are relatively weak. (3) the spatial concentration index and nuclear density method are used to analyze the spatial and temporal agglomeration of the four major industries in the marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry. The results show that the spatial agglomeration of each of the four industries is different in time, the spatial agglomeration of the equipment design industry is small and gradually weakening, and the spatial dispersion of the equipment manufacturing industry is the largest. The agglomeration degree of oilfield service industry is the largest, the spatial agglomeration degree of equipment transportation industry is larger and the trend is weakening; In terms of spatial distribution, the four major industries with high nuclear density are mainly located in the eastern coastal areas. Other provinces or regions have sporadic distribution or no industrial distribution. (4) finally, based on the analysis of the spatial and temporal distribution of China's marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry, several conclusions are drawn. According to the conclusions obtained, some constructive suggestions in the future development are put forward.
