中国对“丝绸之路经济带”沿线国基建关联产业出口潜力实证研究

【摘要】：基础设施互联互通是"丝绸之路经济带"建设的重要依托,基建关联产业则是中国的优势产业。本文纳入沿线国地理、制度和"一带一路"响应等因素,利用面板引力模型实证估计中国对20个"丝绸之路经济带"沿线国基建关联产业的出口潜力。研究发现:中国和沿线国的经济增长、地缘相近、贸易开放度以及沿线国对"一带一路"响应都显著促进中国的基建关联产业出口,自贸区和亚欧大陆桥等因素则表现出对中国基建关联产业出口的替代效应。中国对俄罗斯、伊朗、沙特阿拉伯、印度和阿联酋等国基建关联产业的出口潜力较大;2018-2022年间中国对"丝绸之路经济带"基建关联产业出口增长空间超过430亿美元,其中钢铁和金属所占份额最大。
[Abstract]:Infrastructure interconnection is an important support for the construction of "Silk Road Economic Belt", and the related infrastructure industry is China's dominant industry. Taking into account the geographical, institutional and "Belt and Road" responses of the countries along the Silk Road, this paper empirically estimates the export potential of China to the infrastructure related industries of 20 countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt by using the panel gravity model. The study found that the economic growth, geographical proximity, trade openness and the response of the countries along the route to "Belt and Road" have significantly promoted the export of China's infrastructure-related industries. The FTAA and Eurasian Continental Bridge and other factors show the substitution effect on China's infrastructure related industries export. China's export potential to Russia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, India and the United Arab Emirates is large; Between 2018 and 2022, China's exports to the "Silk Road Economic Belt" infrastructure linked industries grew by more than $43 billion, with steel and metals accounting for the largest share.
