延边州和龙市绿色食品产业发展研究

【摘要】:随着经济水平的发展,农业现代化建设发生了翻天覆地的变化,农村社会主义市场经济逐步走向成熟,农业的劳动生产力发展水平大幅度提高,通过无机农业解决了中国的食品数量安全的问题。经过几十年的发展,带给人们的后果是环境污染、生态环境遭受到严重的破坏,农地土质结构严重退化等导致农产品和食品品质下降,有害物质增多等多方面的引入性食品安全问题,2014年中国人均月收入已经达到了9000元人民币,人民的消费水平大幅度提高,对食品需求的发生了明显的变化,尤其对无污染的绿色食品消费总量迅速提高,大力发展绿色食品产业能够满足人们对食品安全性的要求,大力发展绿色食品产业能够缓解无机农业的危害,同时促进农产品附加值的增加,有效提高了农民增收、改善农业的产业结构、最大限度的保护资源和生态环境。实现了农业的经济效益、社会效益、生态效益的同步增长。延边州和龙市保持原生态的自然资源环境,在政府的引导和扶持下,经过近十年的绿色食品的开发与建设工作,取得了较好的成绩。在农业现代化和长吉图发展战略的背景下,充分发挥时代赋予的优势,挖掘和龙市绿色食品产业的潜力,加快实现政府提出的六次产业化的战略目标,提升农业现代化的发展水平,对促进和龙市产业结构调整和农民脱贫致富具有重要战略意义。依据绿色食品产业发展的内外环境的条件,分析了和龙市发展绿色食品产业中存在的主要问题,主要包括光采摘园投资大,见效慢;龙头企业带动作用有限;品牌效应低,销售不畅;农业生态环境污染压力依然严重;质量安全追溯体系缺乏,产品质量难以保障等问题。实现和龙市绿色食品产业长足的发展,转变粗放型发展方式为现代化集约型发展方式:一是制定绿色食品产业发展战略;二是加强对龙头企业加大扶持力度;三是加强绿色食品的品牌建设;四是加强生态环境建设和保护工程;五是加强对产品质量管理体系建设的对策及建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic level, the construction of agricultural modernization has undergone earth-shaking changes, the socialist market economy in rural areas has gradually matured, and the level of development of agricultural labor productivity has been greatly improved. Inorganic agriculture has solved the problem of food quantity safety in China. After decades of development, the consequences for people are environmental pollution, serious damage to the ecological environment, serious degradation of farmland and soil structure, etc., resulting in a decline in the quality of agricultural products and food. In 2014, the per capita monthly income of China has reached 9000 yuan, the consumption level of the people has increased substantially, and the demand for food has changed markedly. In particular, the amount of green food consumption without pollution is increasing rapidly, and the development of green food industry can meet people's requirements for food safety, and vigorously develop green food industry can alleviate the harm of inorganic agriculture. At the same time, it promotes the increase of added value of agricultural products, effectively increases the farmers' income, improves the industrial structure of agriculture, and maximizes the protection of resources and ecological environment. The economic, social and ecological benefits of agriculture have increased simultaneously. Under the guidance and support of the government, Yanbian Prefecture and long City have made good achievements in the development and construction of green food after nearly ten years of development and construction work under the guidance and support of the government to maintain the original natural resources environment. Under the background of agricultural modernization and the development strategy of Changji Tu, give full play to the advantages given by the times, tap the potential of the green food industry in Hulong City, and accelerate the realization of the strategic goal of the six times industrialization put forward by the government. Improving the development level of agricultural modernization is of great strategic significance to promote the adjustment of industrial structure in Helong City and to lift peasants out of poverty and become rich. According to the conditions of the development of green food industry inside and outside environment, this paper analyzes the main problems in developing green food industry in Helong city, including large investment of light picking garden, slow effect, limited leading enterprise's driving effect, and so on. The brand effect is low, the sale is not smooth, the pollution pressure of agricultural ecological environment is still serious, the quality safety traceability system is lacking, the product quality is difficult to guarantee and so on. To realize the rapid development of the green food industry in Hulong city, to change the extensive development mode into the modern intensive development mode: first, to formulate the development strategy of the green food industry; second, to strengthen the support to the leading enterprises; The third is to strengthen the brand construction of green food, the fourth is to strengthen the construction of ecological environment and protection engineering, and the fifth is to strengthen the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of product quality management system.
