我国战略性新兴产业创新绩效的影响因素研究

【摘要】：2008年金融危机之后,创新已经成为世界各国推动经济社会发展的突破口。我国也开始大力发展创新,提出了发展战略性新兴产业。战略性新兴产业是引领未来经济社会发展的重要力量,承担着转变经济发展方式、探寻新经济增长点、促进产业结构优化升级,满足社会需求和缓解资源环境压力,引领未来产业和技术发展方向,增强国家竞争力,并对经济社会发展具有战略性意义。战略性新兴产业创新是经济增长的重要来源,产业创新涵盖技术、产品、市场、组织等创新内容和复杂影响因素共同作用下的系统过程。如何更好地实现战略性新兴产业创新,涉及到战略性新兴产业创新绩效研究。对于战略性新兴产业创新绩效影响研究,对我国进一步改善和提高战略性新兴产业创新能力有着一定的作用。本文通过理论和实证相结合的研究方法探讨了我国战略性新兴产业创新绩效的影响因素。在战略性新兴产业创新绩效基本理论部分,整理战略性新兴产业创新、产业创新绩效的国内外相关研究成果,在此基础上探讨产业创新绩效概念,分析影响产业创新绩效的主要因素,通过构建战略性新兴产业创新活动的框架,研究战略性新兴产业创新活动的各个重要环节,探究战略性新兴产业创新绩效的影响因素:创新投入、创新产出、产业内效应和环境政策等对产业创新的影响,最终构建战略性新兴产业创新绩效示意图。在实证部分,基于CDM模型构建了影响创新绩效因素的模型,检验这些因素与战略性新兴产业创新绩效的关系。本文选取我国的创业板上市公司作为实证对象,收集2011-2013年数据进行实证分析,验证了我国战略性新兴产业创新的研发投入、溢出效应、与产业创新绩效的正相关性;产业创新绩效与产业创新的产出部分没有明显的相关性;产业创新绩效与政府支持力度、公司年龄等呈负相关性。从理论和实证结果给出合理说明,结合创业板上市公司的实际情况提出了战略性新兴产业创新绩效提升的建议,同时为政府提升产业创新绩效提供了政策建议。
[Abstract]:After the financial crisis in 2008, innovation has become a breakthrough in promoting economic and social development. China also began to vigorously develop innovation, proposed the development of strategic emerging industries. Strategic emerging industry is an important force to lead the economic and social development in the future. It undertakes to change the mode of economic development, to explore new economic growth points, to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, to meet the needs of society and to relieve the pressure of resources and environment. Leading the future industrial and technological development direction, enhancing national competitiveness, and economic and social development of strategic significance. Strategic new industrial innovation is an important source of economic growth. Industrial innovation covers the system process under the joint action of technology, product, market, organization and other innovative contents and complex influencing factors. How to better realize the innovation of strategic emerging industries involves the research of innovation performance of strategic emerging industries. The research on the impact of innovation performance of strategic emerging industries plays a certain role in further improving and improving the innovation ability of strategic emerging industries in China. This paper discusses the factors influencing the innovation performance of China's strategic emerging industries through the combination of theoretical and empirical research methods. In the part of the basic theory of innovation performance of strategic emerging industry, this paper collates the domestic and foreign related research results of strategic emerging industry innovation and industrial innovation performance, and discusses the concept of industrial innovation performance on this basis. This paper analyzes the main factors that affect the performance of industrial innovation, and studies the important links of the innovation activities of strategic emerging industries through the construction of the framework of strategic emerging industrial innovation activities. The paper probes into the influence factors of innovation performance of strategic emerging industries, such as innovation input, innovation output, intra-industry effect and environmental policy, and finally constructs the schematic map of innovation performance of strategic emerging industries. In the empirical part, based on the CDM model, we construct the model of influencing factors of innovation performance, and test the relationship between these factors and the innovation performance of strategic emerging industries. This paper selects the gem listed companies as the empirical object, collects the data from 2011 to 2013 for empirical analysis, and verifies the positive correlation between R & D investment, spillover effect and industrial innovation performance of China's strategic emerging industry innovation. There is no obvious correlation between the performance of industrial innovation and the output of industrial innovation, but there is a negative correlation between the performance of industrial innovation and the strength of government support and the age of the company. From the theoretical and empirical results to give a reasonable explanation, combined with the actual situation of gem listed companies to put forward the strategic emerging industry innovation performance improvement suggestions, at the same time for the government to improve the industrial innovation performance policy recommendations.
