岳阳市蔬菜产业发展问题及对策研究

【摘要】：蔬菜是城乡居民生活必不可少的重要农产品,蔬菜产业是关系到国计民生的重要产业;发展蔬菜产业是实现农民增收、农业增效、农村富裕、社会稳定的重要途径。随着我国经济的持续、快速增长和人民生活质量水平不断改善,以及农业产业结构调整和农民自主权的不断扩大,人们对农业产品特别是蔬菜产品的需求量不断扩大,促进了蔬菜产业快速发展,其生产规模和年产量持续增加,蔬菜市场供需也发生了巨大的变化。在国家和各级政府的大力扶持下,蔬菜作为生产强劲、加工增值收益大的产业,逐渐形成一个集研发、生产、加工和销售一体的产业链,这为蔬菜产业的发展提供了良好的基础。岳阳市蔬菜产业然取得了长足的发展并具有一定的产业优势,但在全球农业科技飞速发展的今天,岳阳市蔬菜产业仍面临着巨大的挑战,暴露出了一些问题,如蔬菜产业生产基地建设整体标准不高、科技支撑能力不强、安全质量隐患依然存在、储藏和深加工环节薄弱、市场竞争能力不强等问题,严重制约着蔬菜产业的健康发展。论文根据农业产业化理论、规模报酬理论、产业竞争理论和可持续发展理论从岳阳市蔬菜产业发展现状着手,通过对岳阳市蔬菜产业的产量、基地建设、科技支撑激励、蔬菜流通监控体系和标准化生产等现状及存在的问题进行分析,在学习国外美国、德国、日本和国内寿光、兰州、昆山的蔬菜产业发展经验基础上结合岳阳市蔬菜产业发展现状及存在的问题从不断地重视蔬菜生产基地建设,加强科技对蔬菜产业支撑力,提高蔬菜产业安全质量检测水平,提高蔬菜产业深加工能力和增强蔬菜产业竞争力五个方面提出促进岳阳市蔬菜产业健康发展的建议。
[Abstract]:Vegetable industry is an important industry related to the national economy and people's livelihood, and the development of vegetable industry is an important way to increase farmers' income, increase agricultural efficiency, rural prosperity and social stability. With the sustained economic growth, rapid growth and continuous improvement of people's quality of life, as well as the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and the expansion of farmers' autonomy, the demand for agricultural products, especially vegetable products, is constantly expanding. It promotes the rapid development of vegetable industry, its production scale and annual output continue to increase, and the supply and demand of vegetable market have changed greatly. With the strong support of the state and governments at all levels, vegetables, as an industry with strong production and large value-added benefits from processing, have gradually formed an industrial chain that integrates research and development, production, processing and sales. This provides a good foundation for the development of vegetable industry. Yueyang vegetable industry has made great progress and has certain industrial advantages. However, with the rapid development of global agricultural science and technology, Yueyang's vegetable industry is still facing enormous challenges, exposing some problems. For example, the construction of vegetable industry production base is not high, the scientific and technological support ability is not strong, the hidden danger of safety quality still exists, the storage and deep processing link is weak, the market competition ability is not strong and so on, which seriously restricts the healthy development of vegetable industry. According to the agricultural industrialization theory, the scale reward theory, the industrial competition theory and the sustainable development theory, the paper starts from the present situation of Yueyang vegetable industry development, through to Yueyang City vegetable industry output, the base construction, the science and technology support incentive. The current situation and existing problems of vegetable circulation monitoring system and standardized production are analyzed. In studying abroad, the United States, Germany, Japan and domestic Shouguang, Lanzhou, Based on the development experience of vegetable industry in Kunshan, the present situation and existing problems of vegetable industry development in Yueyang City are analyzed. The construction of vegetable production base is paid more attention to, the support of science and technology to vegetable industry is strengthened, and the quality detection level of vegetable industry safety is improved. Suggestions on how to promote the healthy development of vegetable industry in Yueyang City were put forward in five aspects: improving the ability of deep processing of vegetable industry and enhancing the competitiveness of vegetable industry.
