论产业集群化政策下高校人才培养模式的转换

【摘要】：产业集群化发展是一个动态过程,相关政策变化影响着高校人才的培养策略和方式。从高校人才培养模式的现状和存在问题出发,寻找产业集群化政策中人才培养演化规律,测定学生职业能力倾向,适应产业集群化政策方针,实现人才录取与学生职业倾向相统一,协调人才培养资源配置,坚持高校教育形式和布局结构宏观互动,建立基于区域性特征打造高端人才实训基地,最终实现高校人才培养模式转型,助力有限教育资源的充分整合利用,促进高校宏观布局结合、实训基地与产业集群化的有效匹配。
[Abstract]:The development of industrial cluster is a dynamic process. Based on the present situation and existing problems of the talent training mode in colleges and universities, this paper tries to find out the law of talent cultivation and evolution in the industrial cluster policy, to determine the students' professional ability tendency, and to adapt to the policy of industrial cluster. To achieve the unity of talent admission and students' professional tendency, to coordinate the allocation of talent training resources, to adhere to the macro interaction between the form of higher education and the layout structure, and to establish a high-end talent training base based on regional characteristics. Finally, it can realize the transformation of talent training mode in colleges and universities, help the full integration and utilization of limited educational resources, promote the combination of macro layout of colleges and universities, and effectively match the training base with the industrial cluster.

[Abstract]:The development of industrial cluster is a dynamic process. Based on the present situation and existing problems of the talent training mode in colleges and universities, this paper tries to find out the law of talent cultivation and evolution in the industrial cluster policy, to determine the students' professional ability tendency, and to adapt to the policy of industrial cluster.
