产业价值链视角下现代物流业与制造业协同演化研究

【摘要】:我国制造业处在价值链低端,在产业价值链中仅依靠低成本战略,缺乏竞争力,难以迅速发展,20世纪90年代以来,产业价值链中的研发、品牌、物流、服务、金融等环节具有明显的增值能力,竭力将企业从制造业价值链的低端环节带入价值链的高端,是现代物流业与制造业协同发展的必要性。基于产业价值链的视角,以将制造业从价值链的低端环节带入价值链的高端为目的,促使现代物流业与制造业协同发展,探究二者协同演化规律与模式尤为重要。本文首先基于文献理论的研究,定性分析了现阶段我国制造业在全球价值链中的地位、迈向制造业强国的发展瓶颈,并提出了现代物流业与制造业协同发展的必然趋势,从四个方面阐述了产业价值链视角下二者协同发展的必要性;其次,分析了现代物流业与制造业协同演化过程中的影响因素,基于价值链的价值创造机制,结合生命周期模型,对二者协同演化的生命周期进行了探讨,提出了四大协同阶段,分别为初始形成阶段、成长协作阶段、双重互动阶段和协同创新阶段,并从生态学的角度,运用生态位模型解释了各阶段呈现的企业生态位的动态变化情况;紧接着,构建了现代物流业与制造业协同演化水平评价体系,将现代物流业与制造业分别看作两大子系统,从现代物流业基础规模水平、经营水平、发展水平和信息化水平四个方面,构建现代物流业子系统序参量物流服务能力指标体系,从制造业基础规模水平、发展水平和经营水平三个方面构建制造业子系统序参量经济创造能力指标体系,并运用复合系统协同度模型给出了测量二者协同演化水平的方法;最后,以湖北省为研究对象,以SPSS19.0和MATLAB17.0为分析软件,结合灰色关联分析法筛选指标,相关矩阵赋权法确定指标权重,测算湖北省2004年-2013年现代物流业与制造业两大子系统的有序度,以及总体协同演化水平并对结果进行分析,提出了与阶段相适合的演化路径与对策支持。本文研究结果显示,湖北省现代物流业与制造业的发展存在较弱的协同关系,两大产业各自的迅速发展并不能较大幅度地提升整体协同演化水平,针对不同的协同演化状态,提出了协同演化路径,政府推动式、需求导向式和集群创新式,并从政府、企业和行业协会视角提出对策建议,其他地区根据二产业实际发展情况,恰当抉择发展路径和参考对策建议。
[Abstract]:China's manufacturing industry is at the low end of the value chain, only relying on low-cost strategy in the industrial value chain, lack of competitiveness, difficult to develop rapidly. Since the 1990s, the industrial value chain of R & D, brand, logistics, services, Finance and other links have obvious value-added ability. It is necessary for modern logistics industry and manufacturing industry to coordinate development because they try to bring enterprises from the low end of the manufacturing value chain to the high end of the value chain. Based on the perspective of industrial value chain, the purpose of bringing manufacturing industry from the low end of the value chain to the high end of the value chain is to promote the coordinated development of modern logistics industry and manufacturing industry. It is particularly important to explore the law and mode of their co-evolution. Firstly, based on the research of literature theory, this paper qualitatively analyzes the status of Chinese manufacturing industry in the global value chain at present, and points out the inevitable trend of the coordinated development of modern logistics industry and manufacturing industry. From four aspects, this paper expounds the necessity of the coordinated development of the two in the perspective of industrial value chain. Secondly, this paper analyzes the influencing factors in the process of collaborative evolution of modern logistics and manufacturing industry, and discusses the life cycle of the collaborative evolution of the two industries based on the value creation mechanism of value chain and the life cycle model. Four major phases of synergy are proposed, which are the initial stage of formation, the stage of growth and collaboration, the stage of dual interaction and the stage of collaborative innovation, and from the ecological point of view, The dynamic change of enterprise niche in each stage is explained by using niche model. Then, the paper constructs the evaluation system of modern logistics industry and manufacturing industry, and regards modern logistics industry and manufacturing industry as two subsystems, from the modern logistics industry basic scale level, management level. From the four aspects of development level and information level, this paper constructs the index system of order parameter logistics service ability of modern logistics subsystem, which is based on the scale level of manufacturing industry. The index system of order parametric economy creation ability of manufacturing subsystem is constructed from three aspects of development level and management level, and the method of measuring the level of co-evolution of the two systems is given by using the complex system coordination degree model. Finally, taking Hubei Province as the research object, taking SPSS19.0 and MATLAB17.0 as the analysis software, combining the grey correlation analysis method to screen the index, the correlation matrix weighting method is used to determine the index weight. The order degree of the two subsystems of modern logistics industry and manufacturing industry in Hubei Province from 2004 to 2013 and the overall level of cooperative evolution were calculated and analyzed. The evolution path and countermeasures suitable for the stage were put forward. The results show that the development of modern logistics industry and manufacturing industry in Hubei Province has a weak synergy relationship, the rapid development of the two industries can not greatly improve the overall level of collaborative evolution, aiming at different cooperative evolution states. The co-evolution path, government-driven mode, demand-oriented type and cluster innovation type are put forward, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the perspective of government, enterprises and trade associations, and other regions are based on the actual development of the second industry. Appropriate choice of development path and reference countermeasures.
