FDI对我国产业结构升级的影响研究

【摘要】：经济全球化是当今国际经济发展的基本趋势,近20年来,世界经济体制发生了重大变化,越来越多的国家开始接受国际贸易共同的游戏规则,经济活动超越国界,通过对外贸易、资本流动、技术转移、提供服务、相互依存、相互联系形成全球范围的有机经济整体,实现贸易、投资、金融生产等活动的全球化,生产要素在全球范围内得到最佳的配置。外商直接投资作为一个跨国企业进行全球化经营的重要手段,投资的方式越来越灵活,形式越来越多样,并且我国也一跃成为全球吸收外资最多的国家,其对经济发展的作用不可小觑。2014年的经济发展数据显示,我国已经进入中等偏上发达国家的行列,摆在我们面前的难题是如何在经济发展达到发达国家行列,实现产业结构转型升级,成功的跨越“中等收入陷阱”。我国现阶段的基本国情告诉我们,在产业结构的优化升级中存在许多的漏洞和不足,资源不能得到合理的利用,经济发展方式不能迅速的转变,同时也要看到现代服务业对经济发展的不可替代的作用,只有这样才能实现产业结构的优化升级。我们知道影响产业结构升级的因素很多,本文主要的目的就是假定其他影响因素不变的前提下,探讨FDI对我国的产业结构优化升级的影响,从而对我国以后产业结构升级的发展方向提供一个依据。论文的前两个章节,主要是描述了研究本话题所处的背景及研究本课题的意义,接着又对研究与本课题相关的文献综述,在前人研究的基础上进行了详尽的整理,对FDI对产业结构优化升级的内在机理进行了合理的分析。第三章节,对我国的产业结构调整的现状以及存在的种种问题进行了分析,从三次产业的产值及就业情况出发,寻找两者之间的内在联系,其中发现我国产业结构升级中第二产业的比重在逐渐下降,而第三产业比重逐渐上升的现实依据,这也符合前期对两者之间的理论分析结果。第四章对我国的FDI与产业结构优化升级进行了计量分析,首先是建立计量模型,然后通过回归分析得出一些跟我国现实相一致的结论,其一是从对各个产业建立计量模型看,FDI对我国三次产业结构影响的方向和程度不同；其二,从建立的滞后回归模型看,外商直接投资对我国三次产业的影响程度具有明显分滞后性；其三在产业结构调整方面,外商直接投资对产业的优化升级具有显著影响；其四,我国产业结构的调整由“二三一”转向“三二一”,要想成为经济发达的发达国家就必须把发展现代服务业提升到战略高度。第五部分对我国在吸收外商直接投资和优化产业结构升级提出政策建议,分为几个方面,一是提升区域自身吸收能力,提高FDI的溢出效应,促进产业升级；二是优化FDI在产业结构间的分布；三是积极培育创新能力。最后,是致谢,对我在论文写作过程中帮助的老师和同学致以诚挚的谢意。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization is the basic trend of international economic development. Over the past 20 years, the world economic system has undergone major changes. More and more countries have begun to accept the common rules of the game of international trade, and economic activities transcend national boundaries. Through foreign trade, capital flows, technology transfer, provision of services, interdependence and interlinkages to form a global organic economy, globalization of activities such as trade, investment, financial production, and so on, Factors of production in the global optimal allocation. Foreign direct investment (FDI), as an important means for multinational enterprises to operate globally, has become more and more flexible and diversified, and China has also become the country with the largest amount of foreign investment in the world. Its role in economic development can not be underestimated. Data on economic development in 2014 show that China has entered the ranks of middle-class developed countries, and the problem before us is how to reach the ranks of developed countries in economic development. To achieve industrial structure transformation and upgrading, successful across the "middle-income trap." The basic national conditions of our country at the present stage tell us that there are many loopholes and deficiencies in the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure, resources cannot be reasonably utilized, and the mode of economic development cannot be changed rapidly. At the same time, we should see that modern service industry plays an irreplaceable role in economic development, which is the only way to realize the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. We know that there are many factors affecting the upgrading of the industrial structure. The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the influence of FDI on the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of our country on the premise that the other influencing factors remain the same. Thus, it provides a basis for the development direction of industrial structure upgrading in the future of our country. The first two chapters of this paper mainly describe the background of this topic and the significance of studying this topic, and then review the literature related to this topic, and on the basis of the previous research, have carried on the detailed arrangement. The internal mechanism of optimization and upgrading of industrial structure by FDI is analyzed reasonably. In the third chapter, the author analyzes the current situation of the industrial structure adjustment in China and the existing problems, and looks for the internal relationship between the three industries from the output value and employment situation of the three industries. It is found that the proportion of the secondary industry in the upgrading of the industrial structure of our country is gradually decreasing, while the proportion of the tertiary industry is gradually increasing, which is also in line with the theoretical analysis of the two in the early stage. The fourth chapter carries on the econometric analysis to our country's FDI and the industrial structure optimization upgrade, first is to establish the econometric model, then through the regression analysis draws some consistent conclusions with our country's reality, one is from the view of establishing the econometric model to each industry, The direction and degree of the influence of FDI on the three industrial structures of our country are different; Secondly, according to the lag regression model, the influence degree of foreign direct investment on the three industries of our country is obviously lagging, the third is the adjustment of industrial structure, the foreign direct investment has a significant impact on the optimization and upgrading of the industry, and the third is that the foreign direct investment has a significant impact on the optimization and upgrading of the industry. Fourthly, the adjustment of China's industrial structure has changed from "231st" to "321st". In order to become an economically developed country, it is necessary to promote the development of modern service industry to a strategic height. The fifth part puts forward some policy suggestions on absorbing foreign direct investment and optimizing the upgrading of industrial structure in our country, which can be divided into several aspects: first, to promote the regional self-absorption ability, to improve the spillover effect of FDI, and to promote the upgrading of industry; Second, optimize the distribution of FDI in the industrial structure; third, actively cultivate innovative ability.
