【摘要】：正江苏省东海县充分借助县域拥有水晶、石英储量、品位均居全国之首,硅资源产量占全国60%的优势,近年来全力打造招商引资服务软环境,优化亲商、安商、扶商的浓厚载体氛围,建设起国家级硅材料产业基地,同时加快引进科技含量高、附加值高的太阳能光伏项目,推进硅产业转型升级,使县域经济实现快速发展。图为东海县太阳能光伏企业工人正在生产出口欧美的太阳能光伏电池。
