广西贵港市龙眼产业发展现状与对策研究

【摘要】：本文采用文献法、演化分析法、比较分析法、关联分析法以及实地调查法等对广西龙眼种植主产区——贵港市龙眼产业存在的优势、劣势和问题展开细致深入地实地调查和分析,旨在总结其中的成功经验,汲取发展过程中的教训,提出发展对策与建议,为广西龙眼产业科学化、产业化、规模化发展提供参考依据。广西贵港市龙眼产业发展过程中具有优越的区位条件、丰富的地域资源、独特的气候特点、廉价的劳动力、悠久的栽培历史等地区特色优势和农民认识偏差、品种布局不够合理、果园管理不善、加工企业少等劣势。贵港市龙眼产业存在的问题如下:生产技术落后,结构不合理、资源利用率低,科研水平低、高新技术匮乏,加工业萎缩、品牌意识不够,产业经营程度低,物流发展缓慢、市场建设和信息化建设不完善等问题。促进广西贵港市龙眼产业发展的建议对策是提高思想认识,积极进行宣传推广,选育优良品种,更新栽培技术,优化品种结构,实现标准化的生产管理,培育龙头企业,建立完善协会组织,加强加工保鲜,转换管理模式,实施电商销售,加强物流管理,从而使广西龙眼产业得到持续发展。
[Abstract]:In this paper, literature method, evolution analysis method, comparative analysis method, correlation analysis method and field investigation method are used to analyze the advantages of longan industry in Guigang City, the main producing area of longan planting in Guangxi. The disadvantages and problems are investigated and analyzed in detail and in depth, in order to sum up the successful experience, draw lessons from the development process, and put forward the development countermeasures and suggestions for the scientific and industrialization of Guangxi longan industry. Large-scale development provides a reference basis. In the process of the development of longan industry in Guigang City, Guangxi, it has superior location conditions, rich regional resources, unique climatic characteristics, cheap labor force, long cultivation history and other regional characteristics and farmers' cognitive deviation. The variety layout is not reasonable, the orchard management is not good, the processing enterprise is few and so on disadvantage. The problems existing in the longan industry of Guigang City are as follows: the production technology is backward, the structure is unreasonable, the utilization rate of resources is low, the scientific research level is low, the high and new technology is scarce, the processing industry is shrinking, the brand consciousness is not enough, the degree of industrial management is low, and the development of logistics is slow. Market construction and information construction are not perfect and so on. The suggested countermeasures to promote the development of longan industry in Guigang City, Guangxi are to improve ideological understanding, actively publicize and popularize, select excellent varieties, renew cultivation techniques, optimize variety structure, realize standardized production management and cultivate leading enterprises. Establish and perfect the organization of the association, strengthen the processing and preservation, change the management mode, implement the e-commerce sales, strengthen the logistics management, so that the longan industry in Guangxi can be continuously developed.
