农产品企业创新导向的产业链整合模式：产业融合视角的案例研究

【摘要】：近几年来,在农业发展方面,气候条件和自然条件依然是短时间内难以解决的制约因素,此外最为突出的问题为:一是整个农产品产业链条处于一种断层式的生存状态,一、二、三产业之间缺乏有效的联结,二是重多农产品企业集中于生产加工初级产品阶段,在技术、资源等方面创新能力严重不足,难以形成独特品牌保证下游市场销售的稳定。针对农产品企业传统一体化模式的产业链条经营问题,已有的研究仅仅从封闭性的阻碍作用或者缺乏创新性进行单方面的论证,在如何既保证产业链突破传统界限进行有效的整合又能不断的进行内外部技术、产品等方面的创新,实现两者有机整合方面缺乏系统的研究。本文在对已有研究回顾的基础上发现,产业增长导致了产业界线的缩减和产业动态发展过程的消失,产业融合在顺应这一过程的同时,不仅可以改变传统产业链弊端,也带来了相关产业的创新升级。本文试图从产业融合的视角出发,构建了针对开放式创新的新型产业链整合模式,为企业在整个运营过程中如何在产业链整合方面实现创新升级提供指导意义。本文选取正大集团和中粮集团为研究对象,采用案例研究方法,对采取产业融合方式的过程和侧重点进行比较案例分析。主要体现在以下几个方面:(1)不同发展阶段采取不同的技术渗透方式。企业发展早期主要采取由外到内形式的技术渗透,当外部技术创新逐步向内渗透,企业倾向于模仿创新、消化吸收再创新,最后以全产业链模式由局部到整体的技术渗透。企业最终能够拥有完善的技术创新链条,打造一种成功的技术引领的创新导向的产业链整合模式。(2)不同产业间的交叉融合产生新的空间布局。产业的交叉融合突破传统产业已有的界限,在空间范围内都进行不同程度的延伸拓展,纵横两个维度的产业交叉融合带来一种空间拓展的创新导向的产业链整合,实现由田间到餐桌全产业链整合。(3)产业重组战略促使全产业链的结构不断优化。不同企业采取不同程度的重组,通过收购、兼并等方式,产业重组使得产业链之间原有的构架发生变化,不断满足市场和消费者的需求,形成一种结构重塑的创新导向的产业链整合,最终使企业发展成为农产品企业的巨头,实现企业的可持续性创新发展。研究发现,新型的产业链整合模式既改变了传统产业链封闭性的弊端又不断带来新的创造力,通过产业融合的渗透、交叉和重组方式将产业链整合和开放式创新相联系,深化和拓展了农产品企业开放式创新的深度和广度,从而形成具有高度融合性及动态竞争优势的产业发展模式,为实现农业企业的产业链升级提供理论支撑和政策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the aspect of agricultural development, the climatic conditions and natural conditions are still the constraints that are difficult to solve in a short time, and the most prominent problem is that the whole agricultural product industry chain is in a fault-type survival state, one and two, There is a lack of effective connection between the three industries, and the second is that the heavy multi-agricultural products are concentrated in the production and processing of the primary product stage, and the innovation ability of the technology and resources is seriously insufficient, and the unique brand is difficult to form and the sales stability of the downstream market is difficult to form. In view of the problem of the industry chain of the traditional integration model of the agricultural enterprise, the existing research has only from the blocking effect or the lack of the innovation of the unilateral argument, In order to ensure that the industry chain breaks through the traditional limit, it can carry on the innovation of internal and external technology, product and so on, and realize the lack of systematic research on the organic whole-combination of both. On the basis of the review of the existing research, this paper has found that the industrial growth has led to the reduction of the industrial boundary and the disappearance of the industrial dynamic development process. This paper, from the perspective of industry integration, has constructed a new industry chain integration model for open innovation, and provides a guiding significance for the enterprise to realize the innovation and upgrade in the whole operation process. In this paper, the case study method is used to compare the process and focus of the industry integration method with the case study method. It is mainly reflected in the following aspects: (1) different technology penetration modes are adopted at different stages of development. In the early stage of the development of the enterprise, the technology penetration from the outside to the inside is mainly adopted, and when the external technology innovation is gradually permeated, the enterprise tends to imitate the innovation, absorb and innovate the absorption and absorption, and finally, the whole industrial chain mode is infiltrated by the local to the whole technology. The enterprise can finally have a perfect technology innovation chain to create a successful technology-led innovation-oriented industry chain integration model. (2) The cross-fusion between different industries will create a new spatial layout. The cross-integration of the industry breaks through the existing boundary of the traditional industry, and the extension and expansion of different degrees are carried out in the space range, and the industrial cross-integration of the two dimensions in the aspect of the invention brings a space-expanding and innovative guiding industrial chain to be integrated, and the whole industrial chain of the field to the dining table is integrated. (3) The industrial restructuring strategy has led to the continuous optimization of the structure of the whole industrial chain. The different enterprises adopt different degree of reorganization, and through the way of acquisition and merger, the original structure of the industrial chain is changed, the demand of the market and the consumers is continuously met, and an innovative and oriented industrial chain of structural remodeling is formed, And finally, the enterprise is developed into the giant of the agricultural product enterprise, and the sustainable and innovative development of the enterprise is realized. The research has found that the whole mode of the new industry chain not only changes the traditional industrial chain sealing property, but also brings new creativity, and links the whole industry chain and the open innovation through the penetration, cross and recombination of the industrial integration, Deepen and expand the depth and breadth of the open innovation of the agricultural enterprise, so as to form the industrial development model with the advantage of high integration and dynamic competition, and provide the theoretical support and policy suggestion for realizing the industrial chain upgrade of the agricultural enterprise.
